Riverfront Condo With Resort Like Amenities

The gated complex includes access to the Colorado River via the private marina and launch ramp. The complex is located just minutes down river from the Laughlin Casinos. There are 38 boat slips available in the marina and a 222' dock on the river available for mooring (see notes). The complex includes guest parking, trailer parking, river observation deck and a small beach area. The clubhouse area is great for entertaining which includes full amenities, free Wi-Fi Internet, a pool and spa.

The condo has 2 large bedrooms and 2.5 baths which works great for couples or families traveling together. The condo is 1373 sq. ft. and all rooms are fully furnished. The Master bedroom has a king size bed while the Guest bedroom is furnished with a queen & twin bunk bed. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. The condo has two balconies with beautiful views of the beach and marina.

Additional Condo Information: The condo also includes all kitchen appliances (dishwasher, trash compactor, microwave, electric stove, oven and BBQ), full size washer & dryer, wet bar and a fireplace. All linens and cooking utensils are also provided. The attached single wide three car garage is boat deep (50+ ft.) and has an electric garage door opener. The garage door height is 6'7" and the width is 8'11". There is ample space to retrieve a 20’ boat from the attached garage with over 60’ of open parking space in front of the garage.

This is a non-smoking and non-pet unit.

Good times

Having a launch ramp and marina are a huge asset if you are a river user, however the boat trailer parking is inadequate and trailer parking is not allowed in the limited amount of guest parking spaces. The property has is clean and has a nice view of the marina. The pool is nice.

Well situated winter retreat

The south east exposure of this two level condo is perfect. Sun on the balcony all day until around 4pm and well sheltered on windy days. We were almost regretting not booking on the riverside because of the view, until other winter residents let us know how cold it could get in the shade while looking at the view, and how envious they were of us as they saw us sitting in the warm sun on our balcony every day. It is also within walking distance to a grocery store and a quaint breakfast diner. The winter residents were very friendly and most had been coming for years. The master bedroom king size bed was very comfortable. The washer/dryer combo is newer and convenient. There are a few things in the condo that need attention but all in all it was functional and served our needs.

The decor inside was simple and relaxing colors! The closeness to the pool and hot tub were very convenient! He river access was a definite plus. A few things need fixing...leaking under sink, blinds in master do not slide easily, sometimes slats falling off, air conditioner was way too loud,,,did not use! Creaky slider in living room,,,tried to oil...did not work, :t,,he end table leg is loose and will break soon. 2 fridges and wet bar were a plus!!! Owner easy to deal with! Would come back if available.. Other people there were respectful and congenial! Super noisy in master bedroom. When slider open...especially when wind blowing! Thank you.
