Valle Laguna - Villa indépendante moderne

Deux villas individuelles intÚgrent le verre, l'acier et le béton dans une conception solaire passive respectueuse de l'environnement et moderne. Naturellement chaud en hiver et frais en été. Cuisine / salon à aire ouverte avec plan de travail en acier inoxydable, sols en béton poli, salons en cuir, foyer au bois à combustion lente et cycle inversé.

Chaque villa dispose de 2 grandes chambres - lits king size (peuvent ĂȘtre divisĂ©s en simples) et une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e.

À 90 minutes en voiture de Sydney ou Ă  60 minutes de Newcastle, Valle Laguna est nichĂ©e dans une vallĂ©e privĂ©e pittoresque, sur une colline exposĂ©e au nord, offrant une vue dĂ©gagĂ©e sur la vallĂ©e. DĂ©couvrez des animaux de la ferme et indigĂšnes, notamment des vaches, des chevaux, des poules, des kangourous, des wallabies et des wombats.

La rĂ©ception mobile est un dĂ©fi. On peut faire sortir Optus de la vĂ©randa, mais pas de Telstra, de Vodafone ou du WiFi. Une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite est disponible au Great Northern Trading Post, Ă  5 minutes de lĂ  et Ă  Telstra Ă  Wollombi (ou au sommet de la crĂȘte pour les passionnĂ©s de marche).

Un accĂšs facile aux principales rĂ©gions viticoles de Hunter Valley, Ă  savoir Broke, Lovedale et Pokolbin, mais pour vivre quelque chose de plus «boutique», commencez par le sentier viticole de Wollombi. Des transports en concert peuvent ĂȘtre organisĂ©s, ainsi que des visites guidĂ©es Ɠnologiques d'une demi-journĂ©e ou d'une journĂ©e. Visitez le "bar Ă  vin" local au Great Northern Trading Post ou essayez le village historique de Wollombi, Ă  10 minutes en voiture. Vous y trouverez des cafĂ©s, des restaurants, des Ă©tablissements vinicoles, des galeries d'art, un bĂątiment historique et la cĂ©lĂšbre taverne.

We had an enjoyable stay. The Villa was lovely, and the farm was beautiful and peaceful.Zoe the beautiful dog, welcomed us on arrival and was very friendly.Kylie was lovely and bought us some of the fam eggs which were greatly appreciated.If you are after a relaxing farm stay, then this is recommended.

Awesome country get away

I took my 19 and 17 year olds away for a relaxing weekend and it was definitely that. My little yappy dogs probably annoyed the horses, but they didn't complain :-) Thanks Kylie (and Zoe) for being friendly and accommodating.

We loved Valle Laguna!

Such a great getaway and less than 2hrs away from Sydney! Kylie & Trent have a beautiful farm, with quaint little villas & awesome hospitality, perfect for our vacation away from the buzz of Sydney. We were up for a concert at Hope Estate, and the property is on a bus route making it soo easy to get to and from the event. Plenty of wildlife on the farm too. So exciting, we even saw a wombat! We loved it. Thanks again to you both.

Blissfully quiet

We just spent a delightful 4 nights in Villa 1 with our pup Tilly, it was fantastic! The villa is well appointed with a lovely aspect looking out over a small valley which gets full sun all day long. The beds are comfortable and the fires warm, what's not to like?! Kylie is a great host and Zoe was a wonderful "holiday friend" for our dog, they had a great time playing together. We will definitely be back in the future!!

The stay here was simply amazing, not just for our parents buts kids and our dog loved it. The property owners were amazing and even took time out of their schedule to take our kids around the farm for feeding and see the animals. Would not hesitate to book this place again

Relaxing fireplace escape

My partner and I were visiting the Hunter Valley for a long weekend getaway. The picture and driving directions to get to the property were very clear. Once at the property, access was a breeze! The view from the bedroom, combined with the roaring fire was a very relaxing experience. The Villa is a nice, short distance from the Hunter Valley wineries, and the rest of the beautiful Hunter region! Kyle & Zoe (đŸ¶) are wonderful and friendly, very welcoming and helpful if you should ever need anything!

A great spot!

We stayed in Villa 1 at Valle Laguna. The property has everything you need for a lovely weekend away - tranquil views and a great host! Kylie welcomed us upon arrival and we were introduced to their pup who our dog loved playing with over the weekend. The villa has all the amenities you need to feel at home when you stay. A comfy bed, a warm shower, a cosy fire, board games and a great kitchen too (although do your food shopping before you arrive!) I hope that we can visit Valle Laguna in the future and get to explore more of the farm next time!

Tranquil, green, beautiful morning mists.

Friendly Kylie welcomed us on arrival. Everything you could need was here in this beautiful villa. Spotlessly clean and so wonderfully presented. Loved the decor. Very comfy beds. Saw kangaroos and wallabies, lovely swallows and willy wagtails. Highly recommend this villa. I will be back. Thank you Kylie.

My partner and I really enjoyed it with our little Maxy. Nice and modern, very cleaned and beautiful out looked. Comfy beds and loved how it’s got everything if you wanna cook breakfast/dinner. It’s a perfect place to go if you wanna getaway from everything and just want peace and quiet.

Serene stunning views

A wonderful peaceful stay. We stayed for two nights and had a great time with our dogs. Lots of wildlife - kangaroos wombats and wallabies. The villa was very comfortable, especially the beds. Love the concrete floors! We would like to visit again.

Excellent place to unwind

We spent five nights in Villa 2 and enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The villas are located on a large property, the majority of which is bushland which we were able to walk around every morning with our dog (or ride as my husband had brought his mountain bike with him). The Villa was equipped with everything we needed and we looked forward to returning there each day after visiting the more touristic areas of the Hunter. Great dog friendly accommodation; however, while each villa is fenced, there are gaps that our overly enthusiastic and excitable dog could (and did) escape through. Kylie and Trent were great hosts and we wouldn't hesitate going back again.
