Two individual Villa's incorporate glass, steel & concrete in a modern eco friendly passive solar design. Naturally warm in winter, and cool in summer. Open plan kitchen/living area with stainless bench-tops, polished concrete floors, leather lounges, a slow combustion wood fire & reverse cycle AC.

Each Villa has 2 Large Bedrooms - king size beds (can be split as singles) & a Fully Equipped Kitchen.

An easy 90 minute drive from Sydney or 60 minutes from Newcastle, Valle Laguna is tucked away on 200 acres in a private picturesque valley, sitting on a north facing hillside with wonderful open view across the valley. Experience farm & native animals including cows, horses, chickens, kangaroos, wallabies & wombats.

Easy access to the Hunter Valley’s major wine regions of Broke, Lovedale & Pokolbin, but to experience something a little more “boutique” start with the Wollombi Wine Trail. Concert transport can be arranged, along with full or half day guided wine tours. Visit the local "wine bar" at the Great Northern Trading Post or try the historic village of Wollombi, a short 10 minute drive. Here you'll find cafes, restaurants, wineries, art galleries, historic building and the popular Tavern.

Awesome country get away

I took my 19 and 17 year olds away for a relaxing weekend and it was definitely that. My little yappy dogs probably annoyed the horses, but they didn't complain :-) Thanks Kylie (and Zoe) for being friendly and accommodating.

Blissfully quiet

We just spent a delightful 4 nights in Villa 1 with our pup Tilly, it was fantastic! The villa is well appointed with a lovely aspect looking out over a small valley which gets full sun all day long. The beds are comfortable and the fires warm, what's not to like?! Kylie is a great host and Zoe was a wonderful "holiday friend" for our dog, they had a great time playing together. We will definitely be back in the future!!

Blissful

The stay here was simply amazing, not just for our parents buts kids and our dog loved it. The property owners were amazing and even took time out of their schedule to take our kids around the farm for feeding and see the animals. Would not hesitate to book this place again

Relaxing fireplace escape

My partner and I were visiting the Hunter Valley for a long weekend getaway. The picture and driving directions to get to the property were very clear. Once at the property, access was a breeze! The view from the bedroom, combined with the roaring fire was a very relaxing experience. The Villa is a nice, short distance from the Hunter Valley wineries, and the rest of the beautiful Hunter region! Kyle & Zoe (🐶) are wonderful and friendly, very welcoming and helpful if you should ever need anything!

Peaceful and Serene

A well equipped, comfortable villa in a top location. Quiet and relaxing with the availability of bushwalking on the property. Our pup loved her visit as much as we did.

Peace & Quiet with a wood fire

A great spot!

We stayed in Villa 1 at Valle Laguna. The property has everything you need for a lovely weekend away - tranquil views and a great host! Kylie welcomed us upon arrival and we were introduced to their pup who our dog loved playing with over the weekend. The villa has all the amenities you need to feel at home when you stay. A comfy bed, a warm shower, a cosy fire, board games and a great kitchen too (although do your food shopping before you arrive!) I hope that we can visit Valle Laguna in the future and get to explore more of the farm next time!

We loved Valle Laguna!

Such a great getaway and less than 2hrs away from Sydney! Kylie & Trent have a beautiful farm, with quaint little villas & awesome hospitality, perfect for our vacation away from the buzz of Sydney. We were up for a concert at Hope Estate, and the property is on a bus route making it soo easy to get to and from the event. Plenty of wildlife on the farm too. So exciting, we even saw a wombat! We loved it. Thanks again to you both.

Tranquil, green, beautiful morning mists.

Friendly Kylie welcomed us on arrival. Everything you could need was here in this beautiful villa. Spotlessly clean and so wonderfully presented. Loved the decor. Very comfy beds. Saw kangaroos and wallabies, lovely swallows and willy wagtails. Highly recommend this villa. I will be back. Thank you Kylie.

Beautiful and very cleaned. Peace and quiet

My partner and I really enjoyed it with our little Maxy. Nice and modern, very cleaned and beautiful out looked. Comfy beds and loved how it’s got everything if you wanna cook breakfast/dinner. It’s a perfect place to go if you wanna getaway from everything and just want peace and quiet.

Welcomed by Kylie on our arrival. Helpful and accommodating host. A nice hideaway in the countryside, where we saw Marsupials and a Wombat. Great comfortable beds and would visit again.

It was an amazing accommodation... the bed was extremely comfy and everything you need was available. Kylie even came by with some fresh eggs!! Kylie and Trent were lovely and friendly... the scene and location was breathtaking... lovely and relaxing 2 days!!

Serene stunning views

A wonderful peaceful stay. We stayed for two nights and had a great time with our dogs. Lots of wildlife - kangaroos wombats and wallabies. The villa was very comfortable, especially the beds. Love the concrete floors! We would like to visit again.

Excellent place to unwind

We spent five nights in Villa 2 and enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The villas are located on a large property, the majority of which is bushland which we were able to walk around every morning with our dog (or ride as my husband had brought his mountain bike with him). The Villa was equipped with everything we needed and we looked forward to returning there each day after visiting the more touristic areas of the Hunter. Great dog friendly accommodation; however, while each villa is fenced, there are gaps that our overly enthusiastic and excitable dog could (and did) escape through. Kylie and Trent were great hosts and we wouldn't hesitate going back again.

Relaxing country stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay. The villa was beautifully furnished and had everything you could need throughout your stay. Our french bulldog Frankie was warmly welcomed by the lovely owners Kylie and Trent. We enjoyed the farm fresh eggs and took in afternoon walks amongst the animals and bush tracks and relaxed in the evening with a bottle of wine by the fireplace. It was a perfect get away.
