Great location to Rice and medical district. Very secure and felt safe - but I had trouble figuring out how to check in and out with all of the texts, emails, apps… I’m sure someone younger would have an easier time. Don’t expect to be cooking much unless you know how to make everything in an instant pot. The kitchen was minimally equipped. Overall, a good stay, just a few challenges.

Ugo was very welcoming and had a quick response time whenever I had a question. The apartment was easy to find and well kept. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to my peoples when they come down for a visit if it’s available!

Quiet and simple

This was a good location. Central to wherever we were going. Even though it is a large complex it was very quiet. The unit has the needed amenities. The host was quick to reply and provide assistance when needed.

Great apartment, location & owner communication!

I enjoyed my stay very much. The property is in a very good/safe location and the closeness of stores/restaurants was very nice. Very nice clubhouse and pool. I would definitely stay here again!

Stay was great the location was great for the activities we did everything we needed was about 15 to 20 minutes away the instructions on how to obtain the key could be twerked but over all it's a great place great price for the nights we stayed I give it an 8.5 for overall stay I would do it again Thank you

Great Apartment

We had a nice stay in this spacious apartment. Close to the medical center. Owner was very responsive to any questions and needs and was able to extend our stay when requested.

A very homey place.

We stayed about 2.5 month for my daughter's treatment, very comfortable and homey, close to everywhere, host was very nice offered a discount to save our longstay expenses.Any needs or questions are responded to very quickly.
