Very easy to find, good parking availability, good public transportation options, and walking distance from the city centre.Really appreciated that it was pet-friendly and the rental process and check-in/out were both very fast and easy.

We had a good stay at the property. It was clean and tidy.Communication with host was good and fast.The surrounding area was good and only about 10 to 15 min walk to Rottterdam Central Station (which is the hub for any travel by train, metro, bus and tram).As the property is located in the main road the car noise is significant, so it is not a fully quiet place.The stairs in the building are quite narrow and small, if you are not so young (or not physically fit) or have some health condition, be aware of this.Washing machine is in the third floor, so you will have to go from first to third floor to have your clothes washed in the machine. If you are not physically fit or have a health condition, again this may be a challenge.A suggestion to the owner is to change the flooring of the living room and bedroom as the existing one has a more industrial and outdated look and feel. Bathroom and kitchen are quite updated and fine.Otherwise, the property is great and we have no complaints or regrets for staying there.

Great apartment and location!

Great apartment and location. Very central. However I was left with a virtually empty dish soap bottle. The property manager never replied to my question while I was in the unit. There’s a broken lamp still in use. Also, the address, once revealed, was incorrect and the right one is hidden within a large paragraph of check in instructions.

Diffucult stairs

We found the narrow and dark stairs very challengin. No hair dryer and bathroom floor was very slippery.. Larger towels would have been nice. Extra bkankets shoukd be in the cupboard- not asked for.

Casa molto accogliente, vicinissima al centro di Rotterdam. Comodissima a tutti i servizi. L'accoglienza di Eddy è stata fantastica. La consiglio a tutti. Pulizie da rivedere ed organizzare meglio.

Prima appartement in Rotterdam

Voor mijn werk heb ik 10 dagen in dit appartement verbleven. Ruime accommodatie, goed voorzien van allerlei voorzieningen (behalve een schaar ;-). Prima ligging op 15 minuten lopen van Rotterdam CS, Nieuwe Binnenweg en Middelland straat om de hoek met veel eetgelegenheden en supermarkt vlakbij. Centrum op loopafstand of met tram en bus bereikbaar. Vraag me af waarom er geen overgordijnen waren in de woonkamer? Op zich niet zo'n groot probleem omdat slaapgedeelte achter goed af te sluiten is. Op de VRBO site was de extra schoonmaakservice niet aangegeven.

Nette Altbauwohnung

Nette, gut in Stand gesetzte Altbauwohnung mit steiler Treppe. Nahe einer vielbefahrenen Straße, aber dank guter Schlafzimmertür gut auszuhalten. Leider wurden wir nachts mehrfach von anderen Mietern aus dem Schlaf gerissen, die geräuschvoll versuchten, irrtümlich bei uns die Wohnungstür zu öffnen. Vielleicht würde eine bessere Beschilderung im Treppenhaus helfen. Für längere Aufenthalte ist die Geschirrausstattung noch ausbaufähig. Für uns war es aber ok. Eddy, der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Super Location

Es war sauber, alles so wie abgesprochen. Mit dem Vermieter gab es überhaupt keine Probleme und eine schnelle Rückantwort gab es für Fragen. Jeder Zeit gerne wieder. Der Standort ist super, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch in der Nähe.
