Villa Suspiro del mar è una spettacolare villa di lusso con cinque camere da letto sulla spiaggia nella Repubblica Dominicana, situata all'interno della prestigiosa comunità recintata Sea Horse Ranch con il suo cancello privato aggiuntivo ,,. Questa affascinante casa si trova direttamente di fronte al mare, ha una spiaggia sabbiosa privata ed è a pochi minuti da tre bellissime spiagge.

Goditi il mix di stili che desidero essere la casa di un medico che ha vissuto in 4 continenti e i colori esuberanti, gli arredi e le decorazioni offrono un'interpretazione fresca e unica delle sue esperienze di vita.

Gli ospiti vengono accolti in un drammatico foyer con soffitti con travi in legno di 35 piedi. Poco oltre, l'elegante soggiorno invita a sentirsi a casa lontano da casa con i suoi mobili imbottiti. 

Tutti sanno quanto sia stimolante l'oceano, ma questa villa ha alcuni dei luoghi più idilliaci per sedersi e guardare il tramonto sull'oceano! Guarda le foto anche dalla panchina, dall'area del falò, dai percorsi in legno e pietra lastricata. con le onde che colpiscono la barriera corallina e formano bellissimi arcobaleni durante il giorno.

L'ampio soggiorno ha un tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare diciotto anni e un'imponente vista sull'oceano, che si apre direttamente sulla terrazza, sul giardino tropicale e sulla grande piscina a sfioro. L'ampia terrazza coperta offre viste sul mare, 2 salotti e 2 tavoli da pranzo per 10 ciascuno, un ampio spazio aperto per rilassarsi, intrattenere e godersi la brezza dell'oceano.

La spaziosa camera da letto principale sulla spiaggia si apre su una terrazza fronte oceano con grandi porte in vetro su entrambi i lati che offrono un comodo accesso alla spiaggia da un lato e alla piscina dall'altro lato.

Progettato per offrire assoluta privacy quando un ospite lo desidera, tutte le camere hanno accesso diretto alla spiaggia dai loro balconi.

Ideale per quattro famiglie con bambini o per un massimo di cinque coppie.

AMAZING!!!

The property was fantastic. We all enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was very attentive and sweet. The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond. The house is just breathtaking. Great size house and pool. Very clean!! Highly recommend!! Looking forward to going back!

Best location on the coast

The position of this villa is perfect. Right on the coastline, with a wonderful view of the adjacent beach. There are very few properties on the coast/beach in Sea Horse Ranch. We were looked after extremely well by Raquel, Alex and the rest of the team. Nothing was too much trouble, but they very much respected our privacy. Booking of restaurants and taxis also made life much easier. The photos don't do this place justice. There are numerous outside areas to sit and relax - loungers, chars, sofas, cold tub, benches, all with different views.

Spectacular!

The design and layout of the house and its position on the water is spectacular. Everyone ranging from my eleven-year-old daughter to my parents were excited when we arrived. The house makes it very comfortable to be together as a group and has plenty of scenic spots where you can retreat to read a book. Everyone spent time together and alone sitting on the benches on the rocks overlooking the water watching the waves roll in. Inside, the house is well-furnished, has dramatically high ceilings, contains a generous amount of eclectic art and is very well-kept. There is a staff, led by Raquel and Alex that was incredibly attentive and arranged for an onsite chef to prepare our meals and make sure we had everything we needed. The food was excellent and my mother told me it was the most relaxing holiday that she’d ever had. Raquel helped us organize surfing, golfing and horseback riding nearby and explained how to navigate the beach. We’ll be back!

Perfect Get-away

A small group of six friends recently stayed at this Villa for 5 nights. The house and the staff were just perfect for our short stay. The property manager, Raquel took care of getting our groceries, setting up tours and scheduling transportation. I can’t say enough about her attention to the things we needed. Raquel was always available, even a 4am when I had a late night question. I didn’t expect an answer until the morning, but there it was... an immediate response. The rest of the staff from the front house ladies to the chef in the kitchen made our trip wonderful. I highly recommend having a chef prepare your breakfast and dinner. We were gone over lunch and even when we were at the property over lunch we just had leftovers from the previous night’s dinner. There was always more than we could eat. The villa itself is beautiful. The pool and the interior of the home are very welcoming and The master bedroom is enormous. This home is located close to everything you’ll want to do whether it’s the monkey jungle, zip-lining, the waterfall adventure (highly recommend), four wheeling or the beaches. There’s not a beach right in front of the house but there is a small private sandy area just off to the right of the home. I look forward to staying here again.

Paradise in the Dominican Republic

There are so many wonderful things about this house and the staff I don't know where to begin! We rented the villa for a family reunion, and it was the perfect size for our large family. The house itself is spectacular, it sits on a cliff overlooking the ocean with a cliff walk path that allows you to enjoy the majestic beauty up close. The infinity pool was perfectly situated with views of the ocean, and there is an abundance of tables, chairs, lounges, and hammocks so everyone could enjoy the outdoors. The house is appointed with eclectic artwork that gives it a great tropical vibe. The living rooms are large and had plenty of couches and lounging spaces so everyone could relax. The master bedroom is massive, and the four-poster DOUBLE queen size bed is incredibly romantic. All the rooms had their own bathrooms with queen beds and pull out couches that allowed for extra guests. The staff was beyond helpful, and Raquel the house manager was incredibly invaluable and assisted us in scheduling multiple trips and excursions. I would definitely recommend the monkey jungle/zip-lining, the horseback riding, the snorkeling, and the local business tours. Also, we decided to have a chef that was arranged by Raquel, and the food was great and the serving staff was attentive and friendly. We also decided to get a driver, which I would highly recommend. J.R. knew all the local spots, and driving in the Dominican Republic can be difficult. Overall I would highly recommend this villa and the staff, they will make your stay a trip to remember!

5 star luxury vacation in a unique and stunning ocean location

Our stay at the Sea Horse Ranch villa for a family vacation was nothing short of spectacular. We were able to get 3 generations, fourteen, of our family together for the trip of a lifetime. No detail is overlooked here, from the incredible decor, the infinity pool with breathtaking views, plenty of bikes to explore the community, and last, but certainly not least, the wonderful staff of four. Upon arrival we were greeted by the staff with tropical drinks and instantly felt like we were at home. We opted to pay additional to a chef to cook breakfasts and dinners. We selected six meals from a menu of 20 options and Fransico did not disappoint. Once we rented the home, Raquel, texted us to ask if we need help with transportation from the airport, she arranged a small bus for our large party, asked if we wanted to organize rental cars, chef services, and activities. Her communication, response time and customer service were exceptional. Thank you Raquel and Alex. The house is a 10 minute drive from Cabarete where you can enjoy dinners on the beach, mojitos at a number of waterfront restaurants, or attempt to learn how to kite board and surf. In addition to Cabarete there are a number of excursions like horse back riding on the beach, our favorite was the caves, where we gained a future son in law, with a proposal to our daughter. Upon arrival back to our villa the staff was so excited by the news it felt like they were part of our family as well. If you have made it this far through my review and are still reading, I would suggest just going ahead and reserve the villa for your trip, you won't regret it! On a side note, my 79 year old parents joined us on the trip. Two days before we were scheduled to fly out of the USA to DR, my mother called to inform me her and her husband were regrettably going to cancel the trip due to the US State Department warnings and internet stories of tourists being robbed. Fortunately, we convinced her and her husband to stay the course and they made the trip and they had a wonderful time. We felt extremely safe at all times, went out to the bars in Cabarete three nights and no one in our partly had any issues. As a traveler who has travelled to a dozen Central and south American countries, I found DR surprisingly clean. literally zero trash on the roads, parks and beaches, which is a chronic issue in all other Latin countries. We are defiantly planning on a return trip to DR and this home.
