Spacious dining and living space clad in beautiful cedar with floor to ceiling glass capturing seaviews, and elevated windows to enjoy the eucalypt forest behind. Large 8 seater dining table. Powerful split system (heater and A/C) and efficient combustion fireplace with electric fan. Two comfortable three seater leather sofas. Large flat screen digital TV. Sound system with Bluetooth, usb and cd.

Direct access to large deck that is totally enclosed with glass balustrades to maximise views. Outdoor table and chairs, and modern BBQ.

KITCHEN
Generous mezzanine kitchen overlooking dining and living. Central island bench with ample preparation area and four bar stools. Kitchen comes fully equipped to cater for all your cooking needs, including a Delonghi Nespresso pod coffee machine.

We supply tea/coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar, foil/glad wrap and basic dishwashing items (sponges, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tables) but not tea towels.

BEDROOMS Total of four
Master bedroom with queen-sized bed, built-in-robe, Noirot convection heater, and modern ensuite with shower and toilet. Separate access to lower deck via floor to ceiling sliding door with flyscreen. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves and wake up with great seaviews.

Second bedroom has two single beds that can be joined by a zip to create a king width bed. Queen doonas in both these rooms in addition to single doonas in third room. Third bedroom with queen-sized bed.

In bedrooms one to three there are built-in-robes, Noirot convection heaters, great seaviews and separate access to lower deck via floor to ceiling sliding door with flyscreen.

Fourth bedroom is a kids bedroom with a kids bunk that will sleep two children/young teenagers. Includes portable heater. Next door to separate toilet.

BATHROOMS/LAUNDRY
In addition to the ensuite bathroom, there is a family bathroom with large shower, vanity and storage unit. Next to separate toilet.

Eurostyle laundry with front loader washing machine and bar fridge.

Outdoor shower at rear entry to house.

Off-street parking for 3 cars.

From 26th Dec until 30 Jan we may have a minimum 7 day booking

Initial supply of toilet paper and firelighters are provided. We do not provide paper to assist with lighting fires. Whilst there is generally some in the firewood baskets available, you may wish to bring your own.

Bed linen & bathroom towels are supplied.
