Nice apartment in a liberty villa
The apartment is in Via Lazzaro Mocenigo, in the very hearth of Lido town and 10 minutes walk from Santa Maria Elisabetta boat stop. About ten minutes by bike from EIUC.
The apartment is on mezzanine floor in a 1900 Liberty Villa, completely restored in 2013.
There are two bedrooms with queen size bed, two bathrooms, a living room with the sofa and a dining table, a kitchenette, a big terrace with outside table and a small garden.
Lido di Venezia is an island where cars can circulate. You could reach the island by car from Tronchetto by ferry boat.
If you are not interested in using the car you could also move by foot. The house is 10 minutes by foot from the boat station, from which you could reach Piazza San Marco in 15 minutes by boat.
Bicycles are available at the property
