Enjoy spectacular views of the ocean from this fully equipped, two-storey home on Phillip Island, situated on a huge fenced block, in quiet natural surrounds!
Located close to all Phillip Island attractions this is the perfect spot to base yourself for relaxation, swimming, fishing, Grand Prix Circuit & V8 Supercar motor sports and everything else the Island and surrounding South Gippsland has to offer.
This home is set on an extra large, fenced property, (perfect for your pet!), just 100 mtrs walk to the beach and has uninterrupted sea views from the main living and dining areas and main bedroom.
With all the mod cons you need for a comfortable holiday, this property has a large kitchen with dishwasher, separate meals area; separate dining and living/TV area; large upstairs lounge room with 55" TV and beautiful sea views; outdoor terrace to take in the sunsets and enjoy Summer meals.
There are three comfortable bedrooms - one with a double bed, one with a queen bed and single bed and another with a queen bed and full ensuite with bath tub. There is a separate adjoining area off this room with a single bed. All linens, blankets and bath towels are provided. (BYO pillows and doonas if you prefer).
There is another main bathroom downstairs, and a large separate laundry. This property comfortably caters for 8 people.
Fully equipped with everything you require, and plenty of room for the kids to play inside and outside too!
There is a double carport with bbq, and ample off street parking for more vehicles/boat etc.

Beautiful Ventor

This was a lovely, comfortable home at which to stay. A well equipped kitchen allowed us to cook lovely meals and the beds were very comfortable also. We had a bit of difficulty with the upstairs heater but Angela was available over text to help us get cosy - most thankful for that :) The proximity to the beach, and view from upstairs were both wonderful additions to a beachy holiday. Thanks again for a delightful stay.

A peaceful home away from home.

The home is lovely, roomy and has everything you could want. The beach is a short walk away and the interesting wildlife was an enjoyable interruption to the peace. We went for the Moto GP and it was just a short drive away. The owner is friendly, informative and helpful. What more could you ask for? Nothing I can think of. Thanks Angela.
