About Janice Sutton
In 2006 myself and my husband Paul visited Tasmania for the first time from Western Australia and we were besotted. Four years later we finally moved to Tasmania - lock, stock and barrel - and it was the best decision we ever made! We feel so incredibly blessed to live here on 50 acres of absolute paradise. So much so we felt we should share this beautiful place and space with others. We both work for ourselves, Paul as a risk and safety consultant and myself as a writer and author.
Janice Sutton purchased this Apartment in 2013
Why Janice Sutton chose Koonya

Thank you very much for the stay over the weekend. We both enjoyed the accommodation, location and everything that was on offer.
Also, we realised when we got home that we accidentally borrowed two forks and left them in our bag (that we used for lunch on a day trip on Sunday). I will get them posted back to your address.
Thanks very much

Beautiful secluded location. Stunning home!
The property was completely secluded and beautifully quiet. The house had everything you could need and felt just like home. Perfect place to unwind for a few days. It completely beat our expectations. Would definitely recommend and we will hopefully be back one day!

The Tasman Peninsula just over one hour SE of Hobart is a major tourism area and one of Tasmania's most wild and spectacular regions. The area is host to the multi-award-winning Three Capes Walk and Pennicott's Wilderness Adventures and World Heritage Port Arthur Historic Site. In addition, the area is renowned for diving and fishing and is home to multiple stunning coves and beaches as well as day walks. The region also has a wealth of sea life and the highest cliffs in the Southern Hemisphere. Breathtakingly beautiful, it is impossible to get bored here!
