Absolutely amazing house !!!

We loved our stay ! Amazing place and so warm for the winter months ! Everything you could possibly need for a weekend away! Kids and adults has a great time ! Thank you son much

Excellent Presentation

My family and I recently enjoyed our stay in this beautifully presented, tastefully renovated Shaker style home with elements of old and new. It was warm and inviting with modern facilities, a fully equipped central kitchen with bedrooms either end of the cottage, creating some privacy and excellent for a large family. Quality linen and bedding was provided. There is a supermarket nearby and minutes to Ballarat central. A lovely Abode!

Cosy comforts

We throughly enjoyed our weekend here. It slept 9 (4 adults & 5 kids) with ease. Having a TV/DVD in each room was also a great advantage with many kids. So cosy and comfortable, beds were beautiful to sleep in and the kitchen had loads of storage to accomodate. Will definately return!

The property is starting to show its age but is still fully functional. Whilst it has a sleeping capacity of nine, there is only one bathroom and dining capacity for six. It is quite close to a busy rail line which may be a problem for light sleepers.
