We had a great time at the house. The issues we had were solved promptly and Tammy was a very good host even before we arrived to the property. The house is very comfortable and the neighborhood is really nice.

Wonderful!

We rented this well kept, clean and well stocked home and are very pleased with everything. The house is well equipped, including sporting equipment, bikes, pool and beach toys. Tammy is responsive and is making our stay pleasant and comfortable. A great host! Robert and Barbara

Nice location and clean

This property is in a great neighborhood and has a lot of amenities. House and pool were clean. Easy check in and out. The bed pillows and mattresses could use updating.

Nice place

We enjoyed a restful time during our stay. We loved enjoying our morning coffee out by the pool. The neighborhood is gorgeous and people were so friendly when we went out for our daily walks.

Has everything you need

Has everything you need for a family vacation in Naples. Is equipped with all the right "stuff" needed in a rental house. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The pool was hassle free. And the ability to use the subdivision's sauna and workout machines was a big plus. Highly recommend.

Our family of 4 adults had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and meticulously maintained home. The house is comfortable and well equipped, and the neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. We will definitely return!

Family of 5

The property was very clean, spacious, and beautiful. Our entire family were thrilled with the home. It truly had everything one could ask for and more. The covered outdoor eating area with outdoor tv was a nice touch. The house is well located within minutes of 5th avenue restaurants and also the beach. I would recommend this house to any family wanting to stay in Naples. And Tammy was helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Five Stars for sure!!!

Lovely pool and patio.

The house is nice and in a good location. It is a great layout with a big kitchen and the patio/pool are especially nice. It is a very nice community and lovely to walk and ride bikes. We did feel that the linens/towels/kitchen utensils /pool toys/grill need to be updated or replaced. We had problems with the internet and did have to solve on our own but got it working.

Highly recommend!

Beautiful, immaculately clean home in a wonderful location--a few miles from 5th Avenue and right near the Botanical Gardens. Everything was beyond our expectations. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the pool a perfect temp. Management immediately responded to questions. We plan to visit again next winter.

Winter Escape

We enjoyed an inviting and clean home with great amenities. The owners were responsive and even ran over a new gas tank for grill within minutes of it running out. Our family loved having this as a home base for local adventures as well as a comfortable place to unwind and relax. Thank you!!

Awesome House, Nice Location and Quite Neighborhood

This house is beautiful and modern. The home is was clean and furniture was comfortable. Quite neighborhood and pool and lanai was wonderful. Great place for s family stay. We will rent again!

Clean and very comfortable

This home is so functional, great seating areas in kitchen and lanai. The beautiful , well equipped kitchen is spacious and laid out well. The access to the pool area was terrific, four sliding doors out to the pool. The pool was warm and served us well. The area was great for bicycles and the location was convenient to 5th Avenue and Tin City. The manager was extremely nice and quick to respond.

Welcoming Crown Pointe Home

Our family stayed for two weeks over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was well laid out and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the sunny south facing pool and deck area and liked watching the football games on the outdoor TV. It is conveniently located with lots of nearby amenities and an easy drive to Naples and Marco Island beaches. Tammy was very responsive and attended to all our issues ensuring we had a great stay.

Nice location and house

Nice location, central enough to get to the zoo, botanical gardens, boat launch. Parking to go to get beach was a bit tough even on a weekday.

Crowne Point condo

Fantastic in every way--we had all the information we needed to get into 'our' home safely; had a great pool, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and managers who addressed every need. We would highly recommend Tammy and Neil to anyone.

Did NOT want to leave !

Words cannot express how much my family and I enjoyed your rental. The house was very clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and well stocked. We spent the majority of our day in the glistening pool while watching the tennis channel (huge plus) on the outdoor tv. We enjoyed our morning coffee watching the news and dinner at night under the lanai. The bikes, beach chairs, and umbrella were also a huge plus to our stay. The owner was very responsive to some questions we had during our stay. We look forward to staying at one of your properties in the future. Thanks for the memories !

Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood

This house exceeded our expectations. It’s beautiful and modern. Had extra toiletries, lots of towels to use, even had soaps and dish washer detergent. Literally everything you need with lots of room for everyone. We loved the neighborhood and the pool was wonderful. Great place for a family to stay. They could just use an extra set of silverware there since we had a family of 6, we couldn’t just throw them in the dishwasher as we’d need them before it had a chance to run. Minor nuisance. Would def come back here again.

Relaxing Time for Much Needed Get Away

Felt like home and all the amenities you could ever need or want. The home was clean and furniture was comfortable. Pool area and Lani was awesome. The neighborhood was quite I would definitely rent this property again.

Beautiful property!

My husband and I stayed for a week at the end of March. This home is a short drive from the best of Naples dining, shopping and beaches but it’s in a quiet neighborhood that makes it your own personal oasis. Tammy was so helpful and communicative, and the property is very well appointed and spacious. The covered lanai was perfect for morning coffee and sunset cocktails. Overall just a perfect place to stay!

Wonderful Stay in Naples

We stayed here for the month of February. Great location, close to everything, but a very quiet neighborhood! We enjoyed walking our dog thru the neighborhood everyday! The pool and lanai area was fabulous! We ate all of our meals on the covered lanai. We have special memories of the mornings on the lanai drinking our coffee while our dog checked out the pool, the birds and the occasional squirrels in the backyard.

Modern Clean Sunny Pool Home

We felt at home renting this updated open floor plan home in Naples. Very well appointed and well priced for quality property. Perfectly located to beaches and shopping and inviting to take a cool dip in the sparkling clean pool after a days worth of Adventuring!
