Notre maison est située sur une colline avec vue sur l'horizon. Situé dans un complexe de 6, il a une allée vers le garage double avec entrée intérieure. À l'entrée, vous serez accueillis avec une belle vue. Apportez-vous simplement, puis détendez-vous et profitez-en.

La zone

Avoca Beach est une grande évasion de Sydney. Situé à environ 90 km au nord de Sydney, il s'agit d'un trajet facile, principalement le long d'une autoroute, puis à travers Gosford. Un endroit préféré des surfeurs et des familles pour se détendre sur la plage surveillée en saison.
Avoca a une atmosphère de village. Les cafés et les restaurants sont tous décontractés et en effervescence. La plupart sont B. Y.O. ce qui en fait une option peu coûteuse pour dîner au restaurant.
De Terrigal, il y a de la plongée sous-marine disponible qui vous emmène pour une plongée au HMAS Adelaide juste à côté de la plage d'Avoca.
Un club de pétanque est disponible à Avoca. Golf à Terrigal. Équitation à Empire Bay. Promenades dans le parc national de Bouddi. Navigation de plaisance à Brisbane Water.
* Les clients ont accès au sentier sur le côté des unités pour marcher jusqu'au village et à la plage via The Round Drive.

Autres choses à noter

Les familles sont les bienvenues bien que la maison de ville ne soit pas idéale pour les jeunes enfants ou pour les personnes ayant un handicap physique en raison des escaliers internes.
Cette maison de ville est dans un complexe de 6, donc tout bruit fort aura un impact sur les autres.
Il serait apprécié que vous puissiez limiter la quantité de bruit après 21 heures.
Nous aimerions que vous appréciiez et vous relaxiez dans notre maison, mais si la fête est votre priorité, nous vous suggérons un autre lieu.

Another Fabulous Stay!

This is the second time we have stayed at the property. Peter & Jan are the most generous and welcoming hosts. The unit is clean, spacious and has everything we need for our stay. Close to the beach with a lovely view, it's like a home away from home. Would stay again and would definitely recommend. Thanks Peter & Jan for another wonderful stay!

Great location, very comfortable

Lovely return stay in this comfortable house. Kids loved the table tennis and chess! Great spot close to beaches. Love the ocean view, so relaxing! Owners have excellent communication prior and during stay.

So hospitable

We had an amazing stay - we have rented many houses over the years but never been anywhere that the hosts have been so thoughtful of their guests or kept the hose so immaculately. We also had a couple of questions during our stay and they were super responsive and helpful. We will surely be back!

A fantastic relaxed break

Peter and Jan's property was impeccable. No detail was overlooked and we had a super comfortable and relaxed trip. The thoughtful touches like the wine, eggs and homemade no nasties soap were much appreciated. The beds were comfortable and everything was sparkling. Having a guitar and the table tennis on the property was a special treat. Thanks for the special handwritten note on arrival, guide book with useful information, delayed departure and the soap, Jan and Peter. We feel rejuvenated after this mini break and hope to be back again before not too long.

A Relaxing Stay

My family & I had a great stay over Christmas / NY 2019/20. Peter & Jan were very accommodating even when we arrived 1 day earlier (our error) and they were still happy for us to stay the additional night! The online photos are an accurate description of the property and you can see (and hear!) the beach from the balcony and ample glass windows overlooking the sea. The welcome book was really helpful to read first up as it gave a good overview of the property and the area and things to do / places to visit. We found the ensuite bathroom mirror too low for us to use as the window was at face height, and whilst the owners had left some items in fridge and pantry for our use we weren't always sure what we could & couldn't use. As you are up on the hill, the walk to the beach is longer than some places closer, but its a very quick 4 min drive in any case and still walk-able if you wish. However these are all very minor things really as you do need to remember you are staying in someone else's home and it is a great place to stay. We had a relaxing time and would stay again.

Hospitality plus in a home away from home. One of the best.

The property was very clean with many quality inclusions. Furniture and appliances were modern and in full working order. There was plenty of very clean crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware. Kitchen was immaculately clean and ready to use on arrival. Inclusions were very welcome and high quality. Similarly, bathrooms were immaculate and ready for use. Beds were very comfortable and fantastic for feasting the weary bones. Blinds and privacy was top notch. There was lots of information on local attractions, local eateries and things to do. Recommendations on those we tried were spot on. I congratulate the vendor as one of the best I have experienced.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family of 5 cannot fault Peter and Jan’s fantastic property. From the exceptionally thoughtful breakfast items provided and kindness shown in their communication, through to the generous access to equipment and the super comfy beds. A-Grade people and property. Our son actually commented that he “knows why people love it there so much. It’s because they make everyone feel so cared for”!! He is so right. Great views! Spacious and clean property! Lovely hosts!

We had a great weekend here recently. We are a family of 5 (one 3 year old and two twin babies). Peter and Jan were very helpful before, during and after we booked with them. The views from the house and balcony are lovely and it's only a 15 minute walk into Avoca Beach. The house is very nice, spacious and clean. We will definitely be staying again!

Wonderful relaxing views

Peter and Jan didn't leave anything to chance to help us have a great time at their property. Check-in was easy and the home was spotlessly clean. Great affordable family townhouse

A lovely stay in Avoca. Enjoyed the view, short walk to the beach and cafes and market. Kids were kept entertained by the table tennis and netflix. The townhouse was perfect, tidy, clean and very quiet, and our hosts went to extra effort to make it a special birthday weekend away. All appreciated.
