Studio 8 B & B - Perfect central location

I meet guests on arrival where possible and provide a brief overview of the Studio plus answer any specific questions re what to see and do for their stay in Mount Gambier.

Studio 8 is uniquely placed central to the CBD, completely private, quiet and comfortable. It is "open planned" meaning there is no separate bedroom. Everything you need is provided including free wifi and undercover secure parking close to the entrance!

Located very close to cafes, chemists and shops. 2 kms easy walk to the Blue Lake.

Studio 8 is stylishly furnished with a comfortable queen bed, recliner 2 seater lounge, extension table and chairs, ample clothes hanging.

***Upon request a single fold-out bed is provided for a second or third person. $30 is payable on arrival for linen (once off) regardless of the length of stay.

The retro kitchenette is equipped with microwave oven, kettle, electric 12 inch pan, sandwich press, coffee plunger, toaster, rice cooker, cutlery, china, glasses, bowls etc. A single induction hot plate is also provided for simple cooking as there is no range top or oven.

A complimentary light breakfast is provided for the first morning with butter, sweet spreads and vegemite, tea & coffee bags and milk.

Bed linen, towels, tissues and toilet paper are provided.
