Quiet location situated on The Esplanade, right in front of Surf Beach. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views of the sand dunes, where you’ll see wallabies and other wildlife.
2 minute walk to the beautiful Surf Beach which has fun waves and stunning big rock pools. Suitable for kids and adults. Two boardwalk entry points to choose from.
8 - 10 minute drive to either: Cowes, San Remo, Phillip Island racetrack, penguins, Nobbies, Smiths Beach, Purple Hen Winery, Phillip Island Winery, golf course.
2 - 5 min drive to Chocolate Factory, Churchill Island, Cape Woolamai Beach, Rusty Water Brewery.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION (all beds downstairs, can sleep up to 14 people):

Bedroom 1: king bed.

Bedroom 2: queen bed.

Bedroom 3: queen bed and 1 single bed. Plus 1 trundle bed. All beds have comfy spring mattresses.

Rumpus room / 4th bedroom: 1 tri-bunk with single bed on top & double bed on bottom. Plus 1 single bed & 1 fold out double sofa bed. TV.

Study upstairs / can be 5th bedroom: 1 sofa bed that slides out to a double bed. Sliding doors close, a powder room is located in the study area. Also has a table & bookcase full of books.

All bedding and linens included: doonas, doona covers, pillows, pillow cases, fitted sheets, extra blankets.

UPSTAIRS
Living area: large space with open plan living, dining, kitchen. Uninterrupted views of the sky and sand dunes.
Split system air-conditioner/heater.
60 inch smart TV, Netflix, Sony Bluetooth sound bar, DVD player.

Note: the wood heater is not in use for guests. Or please enquire about this.

Kitchen: fully equipped with dishwasher, gas cooktop, electric oven, large fridge/freezer (with filtered water & ice dispenser), microwave, walk-in pantry, coffee machine (plus instant coffee, teas, sugar), toaster, kettle, blender, rice cooker, mixing beaters, sandwich maker.

Dining area: large table suitable for large groups (10 chairs). Plus 4 extra stools at the kitchen bench.

Bathroom 1: shower, basin, toilet, hairdryer (has access from side decking & outdoor shower area, when returning from the beach). Situated next to Bedroom 2.

Laundry: washing machine, dryer, trough. Iron & ironing board.

Large backyard with grass and fully fenced.

Lower balcony with gas BBQ and outdoor dining setting. Spare gas bottle also.

Sideway has washing line. Plus an outdoor hot/cold shower for when you return from the beach.

BEACH:
To borrow for the beach; cricket set, 5 boogie boards, beach toys. There is also a 1-person kayak (although it's quite heavy and best for non surf beaches if you can transport it in your vehicle).

OTHER:
- All linens, pillows, doonas, blankets, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, coffee & tea are included.
- Please bring your own bath towels and beach towels.
- Mostly a no pet policy however some pets will be considered (please ask).
- Wood fireplace upstairs not in use for guests.
- This house is not available for schoolies celebrations/groups under 21 years old or big parties.
- Large groups accepted if they confirm they will look after the house.
- Check in 3pm and check out 10am.
- Preferred: 3 or 4 night bookings on long weekends. 3 or 4 night bookings over Easter and Australia Day, 3 to 5 night bookings during school holidays, 4 night bookings over October Moto Grand Prix, 3 or more nights over Dec/Jan. Shorter stay requests are ok when 1 or 2 nights are available in the house calendar.
