これは、きれいに整頓された非常に快適な家です。 マスターベッドルームにクイーンサイズのベッドとテレビがあり、ベッドルーム2と3にクイーンサイズのベッドがあり、ベッドルーム4と2のバスルームに2段ベッドが2つあり、2家族に最適な家です。

バーベキューのある大規模な屋外エリアと子供用のバスケットボールリングのある巨大な芝生エリアがあります。屋外トイレとシャワーがあり、ビーチから家に帰るときに最適です。 テレビとDVDプレーヤーを備えた2つのラウンジエリアがあるため、何を見るかを決める際に問題が発生することはありません。ランドリーには、もう少し長く滞在したい人のための洗濯機があります。

大きな屋外の屋外エリアがあり、泳いだり、釣りをしたり、夕日を眺めながらのんびりと散歩したりする素晴らしいビーチまで歩いてすぐです。

屋外エリアには、基本的にエリアを保護された部屋に変えることができるロールダウンブラインドも装備されています。 したがって、少し風が強い場合や、プライバシーを強化したい場合は、単純にロールダウンしてください。

ベッドルームにはファンもあり、フロントラウンジエリアにはエアコンが付いています。 リネンは提供していませんのでご注意ください。

Great holiday experience

Had a great holiday over the easter long weekend, house has a great backyard and outdoor entertaining area, only issue was that internet reception was poor, but seemed to be an issue for the entire town, definitely be back again.

Good stay but needs a freshening up

The property was in a good location. The outside of the property was well maintained. The property had the necessary household items and sufficient space. The cleanliness of the inside of the property was disappointing. The floors, cook top, cutting boards and fridge shelves were dirty.

Ok but could use clean- no wifi or mobile signal

Property was well maintained outside with a great yard for the kids to run around in. The patio was a great area with blinds to block out the wind. There is next to no mobile signal (couldn't even text or use data) and the property has no wifi. The house needs a good deep clean.

Ok

Solid house with big backyard. It lacked a few key things. 1 split system so not ideal for winter. The place was generally tired which was fine save that it really needed a thorough clean. That said, a good solid house ideal for 2 families sharing. We were told after we had booked that we were expected to clean it on departure.

We were extremely disappointed in our stay in Ledge Point

The place was very dirty, fish smell in the freezer, fridge was filthy, carpet stained, and we didn't no we had to take our own linen and towels until we were ready to go, other wise I would not of booked it.

Yes I completely agree, the house was dirty and the carpets were in need of a professional carpet clean. This was due to some unfortunate recent guests who were filthy and left the house disgusting and also damaged some of the furniture. A complete professional and grout clean was done on the 29th June but was actually booked for a week earlier but she had to cancel. Obviously the previous tenants had fish in the freezer and the fridge gets forgotten about some times but this has been completely cleaned out now. As far as the linen goes, it is clearly stated on the email that I send out. I don’t live in ledge and there is no one up there that provides a linen service which is why it’s easier for people to bring there own. The house is priced well for the amount of people it can accommodate for and it sounds to me like you are after a 5 star service at a 3 star price. It’s disappointing that you didn’t contact me with your concerns as I would have offered a refund.

March long weekend

The house was well located, however the cleanliness of the house was less than desirable. Filthy oven and fridge. Bath not functional as the drain is broken and plug was missing. Ensuite bathroom had hair in and around drains. Bbq tray had fat build up on tray. As we were required to vacuum , sweep and mop on departure, I'm not sure whether that is the only cleaning done between stays.

Not the best stay I've had

When we arrived the house was dark gloomy and there is a fish smell in the back patio and sometimes inside. The property needs a good clean not just a clean from the people staying in it. There is mould and scum in the bathrooms. We also didn't know there was no linen until day before our expected stay. Trying to contact the property manager was difficult and being charged $50 per extra person per night is rediculous considering there is extra cleaning expense for the additional people with no linen or towels etc.

This was our 4th stay at the address. Many of the complaints I wrote about last year, directly to the owner, were not actioned, e.g. lights not working, not enough cutlery, only one plug for 2 sinks, very dusty blinds with spider webs on them, dirty fridge and microwave. Microwave sits on top of the fridge which is both dangerous and inconvenient if you are short! The state of the BBQ was disgusting - one of the ladies spent a long time cleaning it, then we still had to use alfoil and cooked directly on to that. The gas bottle under the BBQ was in a dirty state. The switch for a ceiling fan was missing. The flywire on the laundry door was falling apart, so couldn't leave the door open for fear of a mass of flies descending.Apart from that - no complaints!

disappointment

The house itself is one we have stayed in twice before. I have never had a problem checking-in before, but this time was dreadful. I was shunted on to another site VRBO (I think) and had to use a 6 digit code -no luck, tried about 15 different times and even when I entered the code in the allocated 15 minute time frame, still said "invalid" Was so frustrating I ended up contacting the owner of the house direct - I didn't want to do it, but had dealt with Julian before. Luckily, he provided all the info I needed. We will very likely go to the same address in Feb, 2025, but if I possibly can, will deal directly with Julian. I have used STAYZ many, many times (for our Feb. stays in Ledge) and have never encountered a more frustrating episode as this year.

Worst stay of my life.

There was no reception at the property we could not make phone calls , non of the TVs worked , the house was disgusting , sticky floors, carpets un clean , fridge was dirty hot plat was covered in oil, the bin was full we had no where to put any rubbish, when I final got in contact with home owner i was told that it's my problem and not his , as we booked for 10 and only 6 stayed I was told I would get abit of a refund and still have not received anything , we did not have access to the property the car port and the shed , we bought up a motor bike and a jet ski and had no where to lock them , when I brought this up with owner he told me to go buy a lock and chain , this property add is very miss leading and should not be on your Web site , we had the worst experience of our lives and we payed over $1800 dollars for it , I will not ever again be useing stayz and if we're you I would take this listing down .

This is completely untrue and this guy was very upset by the fact that 4 of his guest didn’t show that he had already paid for (so he says). I had no issue with giving him a refund as a good gesture as i told him when he asked me. I personally saw the house before hand and it was clean and tidy as per usual but the hotplate may have been missed but I certainly didn’t notice it. I do admit that the carets have become a little grubby through this busy period and they are due for there annul professional clean. The bins were full from the previous tenants as it is a busy time of the year but there is a spare bin there for this reason which i told him to use which i then sorted later on. My ad says nothing about the use of the shed or garage and the reception up there is not the best but it is what it is, i may look at wifi in the future. If he had of messaged me before hand i could have answered all of his questions.

Needs some work

I regret not reading the reviews before booking. The owner did contact me a day before arrival to inform me that the cleaner couldn’t attend, which I understood, and they offered a partial refund for the cleaning fee. However, the property was in poor condition. The carpets were badly stained and damaged, the windows had cobwebs with flies and spiders, and the walls were filthy. To make things worse, the air conditioning didn’t work during our stay, which was problematic with a 44-degree temperature. When I contacted the owner, they couldn’t resolve the issue because it was December 23rd.The BBQ was covered in old grease and food debris, making it a fire hazard, and the dishes were dirty, requiring us to wash them before use. The owner later mentioned the property was priced lower because of these issues, but I wasn’t informed of this when I booked.I was refunded 70, but honestly, I’d have preferred to pay a proper cleaning fee and not have to spend my holiday cleaning. On a positive note, the outdoor area was well-maintained, and the alfresco space was great.

Cold Showers

The gas hot water system was not working for 7 out of our 14 day stay, the owner organised for us to go to the caravan park to shower but after a 10 hour day who wants to do that! Communication from the owner was really poor, emails and phone calls go unanswered for days. Asks that you vacuum and mop before leaving, it looks like the cleaning is expected to be done by the last tenants and not a cleaning crew. Would not stay again.

Needs a good clean

I have advised the owner of my concerns and he has said he is taking steps to rectify the problems. The house was extremely dirty. Mould in showers, grime on doors, door frames and light switches. Not a 'bit', really dirty. Many other cleanliness issues and so I spent considerable time cleaning the house so it is a lot better now but we all felt very uncomfortable in the house. It is a shame as it is a nice house, great size and good layout. The outdoors is very tidy and well presented and it is a great location. With a thorough deep clean the house will provide excellent accommodation. If I had assurance that the house was clean and hygienic, I would consider staying again.

Rundown and Overpriced

House is not suitable for summer. One split system in the front room to cool the entire house was not adequate. The whole house was dirty, carpet, walls, floors, I could go on. We had to cut our stay short and the host hasn’t even responded to my email.
