Esta joya escondida está escondida en un tranquilo vecindario residencial en el noroeste de Bradenton. Tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar durante tus vacaciones. Ubicado en un lote de gran tamaño con dos árboles de Banyan de 100 años, (uno tiene una casa en el árbol) un gran patio y una sala de fiestas al aire libre conocida como Pete's Key.

La ubicación es ideal para muchas oportunidades recreativas. Para los entusiastas de la navegación, el lanzamiento de un bote está a solo unos minutos. Si te gusta el kayak o el senderismo, puedes disfrutar de la hermosa Reserva Robinson o del Parque DeSoto. Si el golf es su "bolsa", hay campos de golf en abundancia. Perfect

This house is a gem. It exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotless. The master bed was a dream. We didn’t use the other beds as it was just my husband and I. I’m sure the other beds were just as comfortable, they looked it. Very spacious for added guests if need be. We jacuzzied every morning and night! What a treat and the jets in it worked very well. Easy to operate. We had coffee on the patio every morning overlooking the gorgeous greenery on the property as well as the two absolutely exquisite Banyan trees there. They had everything we needed there for a day at the beach….chairs, umbrella, cooler, dry bag and towels….what a godsend!!! We used it all! There was sufficient parking for two guests and ourselves in the driveway. The washer and dryer were new and we used them regularly. All the kitchen appliances were spotless and looked new. This location was in a beautiful little neighborhood. Nice and quiet. Lots of people walking past in the morning with their dogs. Located a very short distance away was plenty of shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, nature, preserve, botanical gardens, Ana Maria Island. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and if we find ourselves back in Bradenton, we will choose the exact same spot. Our hosts were very easy-going and accommodating.

Home Away from Home for the Holidays

Visited my parents for Christmas with my wife and two adult kids. Arrived late on Christmas Eve and access was simple due to great communication from the owners. The house is beautiful and had space for all of us and more. Great layout, comfortable beds, and room to spread out or gather together. The kitchen is modern and well appointed with everything needed for any level of cooking. The property and neighborhood is amazing with Florida vegetation and huge Banyan trees onsite, plus a bayou and Banyan Tree-lined street just around the corner. I grew up in Bradenton and the location is great for access to the town and beach. Thanks Sue and Steve! We would definitely stay at the Banyan Bungalow again.

Banyan Bungalow was a wonderful inviting place to stay. It is more than adequately supplied, and has a beautiful yard with a hot tub to enjoy. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly residents. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great place for a family.

The property was great and the owners were very responsive and quick to respond to a couple of questions that I had. The check on and out process was very easy and my family enjoyed spending some time in Florida in the warm weather.

Comfortable stay

We enjoyed our three weeks at this property. It truly felt like a home away from home. The house is fully stocked with every thing we needed. We loved the hot tub especially since the weather was cooler than anticipated. We enjoyed the neighborhood and the all homes in different stages of renovation. and waling along the water. It was a quick drive to the beach and convenient to get everywhere we wanted to go. Looking forward to staying here again next year.

Beautiful place owners are rude

We ended up getting covid two days after arriving we contacted the host to let her know and ask what to do. We explained we were very sick and could not do anything extra to help clean up and that we would leave a day early because we had agreed to help clean up if we stayed till the end. We called and explained the situation so that no one else would be infected. Sue then messages us and say we left damage to the property which there was none. We washed all towels and bedding prior to leaving even very sick. We pay a huge cleaning fee already. When then get a disrespectful message calling us names. Unacceptable if you don't want these headaches don't do rental properties then. Covid has hurt everyone in some shape or form no one intended to hurt you. We apologize for catching covid and delaying rentals for you ultimately your message stated just that and thats why you were angry

Pleasant and Cozy

Great location and layout of the property, everything was as expected and more. Sue and Steve were great hosts, sharing local spots and making sure we enjoyed our stay. Overall, our family enjoyed our time at the house and local beaches, all within a short distance.

Felt like home

We spent 10 days there and we felt just like we were home, we definitely will be back next time we are in the area. Plenty of room for our family of 5. The house was very clean and cozy, and had everything we needed…umbrellas for the tropical storm that came, beach supplies for spending the day at the beach, or just cozy blankets when we watched movies at night. The hot tub and Pete’s Key were an awesome bonus! Sue was awesome at communicating with us before and during our stay…look forward to staying again!

Couldn't have asked for anything better

From booking our trip to checking out...everything was smooth and perfect. The house was like a home to us...it literally had everything we needed. The owners were fantastic to communicate with. The neighbors were amazing. The proximity to different places was great. We are a family of 5 and the place worked just fine for size. We will be going back and staying again!!

Wonderful House and location!

We had a wonderful time here! There was some miscommunication when booking but was resolved by the owner. Sue stayed in constant communication with me, which I appreciated. The house was very clean, and we were able to check in a little early which was great! The hot tub was a nice add on too! The location was great. Only a couple miles from the beach in one direction and downtown in the other direction. We biked to the Robinson Preserve and the kids loved ‘The Nest’ attraction they had there! Overall we had a lovely time, thank you!

Wonderful stay!

Wonderful property, perfectly located in a quiet subdivision. Perfect for our family vacation. Extremely clean and well cared for property. Sue was quick to reply to all of our questions and inquiries about local places to eat and things to do. Hot tub was a wonderful evening event with the spring temps dropping once the sun set. Also, plenty of beach chairs, coolers, an umbrella and a wagon to haul it all to the beach!

We had the BEST trip!

Sue was absolutely amazing!! Very responsive and offered help in all areas - house, food, activities, the list goes on and on! Home is beautiful and super clean. The layout was perfect for our group. We will definitely be back. :) Thank you Sue!!

Quiet and nice Bradenton neighborhood

Great property and house exactly as advertised. The backyard, patio, hot tub, and awesome relaxing place were the highlight! Really interesting walks and many short drives to restaurants and other amenities. Sue was a great host!

Nice break

We decided to get away since we are all working and going to school remotely. This house provided us the room and layout needed. The amenities were amazing and my wife liked the mattress and bedding so much we may be purchasing them for our house. All of the comforts of home and a hot tub to relax in. The ocean was only 20 minutes away and even in January we were able to enjoy a few warm days.

Best property we’ve ever rented through VRBO by far.

The property was as nice as pictured on the VRBO site. If anything the pictures didn’t do it justice. Anyone who has ever rented from an internet site knows that is seldom the case. We were very pleased with the condition of the property and the amenities. The owners are very gracious and generous. They are also responsive with questions and requests and made themselves available for contact not only through the VRBO messager but also personal emails. Although close to Anna Marie Island the traffic can be frustrating. Bradenton is laid out strangely with roads that dead end then pick back up several blocks away. This makes it challenging to find back roads to get around the traffic. The bikes available in the shed were perfectly suitable for a 13 mi. round trip to Palma Sola Botanical Park and Robinson Preserve. The owners told us that their goal is to make this property feel like a home and not the typical beach rental. I’d say they nailed it! We love our home in Ohio and usually are looking forward to getting home after four days or so away. After five days in the Banyan Bungalow I was actually sad to leave.

Family Getaway

This home is in a great location with access to several stores within a mile and Anna Maria Island just a short 5-10 minute drive away. We like the 3 bedroom layout and used the hot tub daily. Sue and Steve were easily accessible at any time and super friendly. We hope to stay at this home again in the future.

Fabulous February

From the moment we booked our stay through our month-long visit, Sue and Steve made sure we had a relaxing, enjoyable experience. They provided many little thoughtful extras that showed they had put a lot of effort and care into their vacation home. It was welcoming and comfortable from the front entrance foyer to the patio and hot tub in the backyard. Situated in the Harbor Hills neighborhood of West Bradenton, the house is ideally located midway between the beaches of Anna Maria Island and the downtown Bradenton area. There is a lot to do in this area, no matter what your interests may be. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

What a lucky find! Every moment spent here was a treat. Owners exceeded our expectations wonderfully

If you're lucky in life you know of a few places that make you feel welcomed and care free enough to seriously relax, let the cares of the world roll away. I'm selfish with these discoveries & like to keep them a secret so they don't become overly populated. This one is to nice, not to share. From the moment we pulled in the driveway we were happy. We were greeted by two ancient banyan trees that canopy the very big yard & play host to some impressive birds! Stepping out on the patio morning, noon or night, it's serenely quite, save for the occasional sound of children laughing in the distance & birds flapping, chirping, singing overhead. The house is full of charm with rooms to gather in or tuck away in solitude. The kitchen is full of what you need. Groceries are a mile away & the prices are great. It's nice to travel to the beach & leave all the traffic, parking hassles, noise there & come back to your own peaceful getaway. The owners took great care in meeting the needs of thier guest & exceeded our expectations over & over. It is as though they are opening their home to you & indeed they are. Please treat it with kindness because even though we haven't met they feel like friends. Enjoy your stay. P.S I didn't even mention the getaway/converted garage out back, that is put together like most folks wish list; that is rarely realised.
