Cette propriété nouvellement construite située à seulement 250 mètres de la rue principale offre un mobilier, des installations et des équipements modernes et une vue imprenable. Propre, élégant et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances en famille ou un week-end!
La propriété est répartie sur trois niveaux avec de belles vues sur le parc national Otway et des aperçus océaniques.
Passez du temps sur les différents ponts orientés au nord à lire ou tout simplement à observer la faune aviaire indigène voler entre les arbres. Il y a un grand flux extérieur intérieur pour des divertissements d'été sans couture.
Offrant un salon ouvert, une cuisine, une salle à manger, une salle de bain principale et une chambre de taille queen au niveau à l'étage, il y a aussi une généreuse terrasse ensoleillée avec un cadre extérieur contemporain et un barbecue à gaz donnant sur le magnifique parc national d'Otway.

Le deuxième niveau possède 3 autres chambres, une grande salle de bains et plusieurs ponts qui donnent un sentiment d'intimité tranquille parmi les cimes des arbres.

The home is amazing. The view is outrageous.The beds are very comfortable as is the living area. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances kept up well.The host was fabulous. Communication was clear and concise and he always responded in an expedient manner.I give this place and the host a million stars. :))

House was lovely and calming but location of house on map not accurate. Up steep hill in backstreets, not 2 minutes from beach as stated.Check in not until 3 and you have to take all own linen for beds and towels.I did book for the location paying premium rate l thought was close to town and beach so we could walk everywhere, this was not possible as we had family members with mobility issuesThis information needs to be updated so not misleading to others when booking.We did have a wonderful weekend with family but l will be very wary next time l book a holiday, never had this issue before.

Thank you for the feedback, Amanda. We are happy to hear you had an overall good experience. Perhaps your maps app is inaccurate as when we put the address into google maps it is in the correct location. The property is not 2 min from the main beach but is 2 min from the bridge beach, so this is advertised accurately. We are sorry to hear you were surprised at the linen situation, as the property is advertised as not including linen, you were then sent a confirmation which stated not including linen, and then sent a linen reminder 1 week before check in and provided you with contact information for a local linen supplier when you stated you needed to have linen supplied. I am unsure how we could have done any more to help.

Nice place, Stay was great Online map is inaccurate as it shows the property being near the surfclub, when in fact is almost 1k away and up the hill. Aside from that, place is excellent

Disappointing

Significant lack of cleanliness in the bedrooms, the bedding and the lounge area. Property manager did take on our feedback. Lovely house, hopefully a better experience for others after issues are addressed.

2 night stay

Stayed for 2 nights with family we had visiting from the UK to do a trip down the Great Ocean Rd for the start of our honeymoon. Property is in a lovely area, lots of wildlife, kitchen is well equiped with pans etc, it's an easy place to stay and relax. Just be aware there's no wifi at property if you require it. Checkin was disappointing as I'd received the emails saying I could check in but no details of a lock box or how to get in. I called the Smyth Real Estate office after 3pm and was greeted with a very unpleasant man, with no phone manner and was just told to call back in 30 minutes. I asked if someone could call me back and I was promptly told the lady was very busy and after some huffing and puffing and after 2 attempts he actually took my number down correctly. Marie I think it was did call me back about 15 mins later and told me to collect the keys from the office.

'Premium' property did not deliver

For an expensive property and from the pictures we expected a premium experience in this property. Collected keys after 3pm checkin time. Arrived at property with 3 cars (wasnt given remote to open garage), 5 adults, dog, sheets etc around 3.30. Usual chaos of moving in and had lady turn up at door saying she was the cleaner and wanting to check if property was clean. I said I hadnt had a good look around yet but it looked tidy. We both assumed this meant it had been cleaned and she left. 15 mins later I had a good look around and it hadnt been cleaned, called real estate but cleaners had left and couldnt cone back til following morning. This is in COVID times, when properties are supposed to be 'deep' cleaned. Ok we had our own sheets so went to make beds but realise the old soon covers r still on beds. Most were stained, yuck! Called real estate to get alternative covers. Was told this property doesnt have a second set of covers and it's common practice not to launder in between guests!! I said this is unacceptable and also not online with COVID policy. I stripped them all off. Cleaners did come next day and had to clean around us as we did vacate property for 1.5 hours st the time we were told they were coming but they were late and didnt arrive til we arrived back. The real estate came and took the doona covers off to wash and returned them at the end of the day. I had to put them all back on beds. We also went to bbq thst dsy, gas bottle empty (real estate had to come and replace) and inside of bbq all rusted through. Then went to iron some clothes to go out for dinner to find we had an iron but no ironing board. Real estate had to buy new ironing board next day for us. The many throw cushions on the couches were all badly dirty and stained so these werent used by us. All the plates and bowls were very scratched and there was only 1 'normal ' sized pot in the kitchen. I sent an extensive email to the real estate almost 3 weeks ago and was told this matter was being passed onto manager and property owner and someone would contact me back. I waited over 2 weeks for a response, which I did get after contacting them myself again. I was told feedback had been passed on to owner, the real estate dealt with each problem promptly (true) but that I did turn the cleaners away!!!!! The first 24 hours of our stay at this property was a disaster, stressful and complete waste of precious vacation time.

Dear Jannine, It is very disappointing to read your review and that you have changed details to your story in this public review since we spoke last. We have had numerous correspondences with you during your stay and over the month of February. As you have mentioned in your correspondence directly to us, our staff here at Smyths attended to your issues immediately as you raised them. The cleaners attended your property to clean it at 3pm, you turned them away. The cleaners have been under the pump this year with cleaning to COVID standards and were running a bit behind that day. I would also like to make mention that this property has not had any complaints from guest before your stay or from guest following your stay. All other guest who have stay at this property have loved it. Back then we thanked you for bringing some of the issues in regard to up-dating items at the house, i.e cushion, cutlery and plates etc. I can assure you these notes have been passed onto the Landlord back in January when you brought them to our attention during your stay. We do not agree with your review and are sorry you are still feeling the need to continually pursue this form of provocation.

Modern family beach living

This house is a wonderful, family home with plenty of space. Clean and easy to live in with the family. Our kids loved it- especially the bunk beds and the neighbouring kangaroos. Centrally located means an easy walk to the beach and the Main Street. We will definitely stay here again.
