COCKTAIL - 65 m2, 200m from the beach, parking, with Paddle and surf on request

Spacious apartment, located in the "Golden Square", very elegant Lecques.

Everything is done on foot and just cross the street to find the sandy beach (near the restaurant "the Patouille") or the downtown Lecques located 200 meters (2 minutes walk). For lovers of Paddle and surf, surfing club "LEC" is located in close proximity and allows you - summer and winter - rent equipment and take courses (adults and children).

Completely redone in 2016, the apartment is located on the 1st and last floor of a townhouse dating from the 60s, with a small garden at the entrance.
Very sunny with a southern exposure, it has 4 large windows overlooking a balcony of 20 m2 (with 3 pull-down blinds fabric) and has very little vis-à-vis.
The apartment is perfectly equipped with including a plancha, a Nespresso, books and games for children, mostly new crockery and equipment and decor.

All rooms are naturally ventilated and 3 ceiling fans with remote control and "colonial design" installed in 2017: 1 in the kitchen / dining area, 1 in the living / dining area and 1 in the "big" room ".
The "small" room has 2 auxiliary fans for each of the 2 beds.

For parking, a secure garage (box) is offered as an option from June 1 to September 30. Outside this period, several streets are free around the apartment and allow to park with ease. Free parking is located 400 meters away, allowing you to leave the car safely.

Note also that it is also possible to book (optional and depending periods) sheets and towels.

Wir hatten mit unseren beiden Söhnen einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Vermieter Anne und JC haben uns beim Ceck-in einen sehr freundlichen Empfang bereitet und waren auch in der Folge sehr hilfsbereit. Was auf den Bildern nicht zusehen ist: Inzwischen wurde sogar ein drittes Standup-Paddle-Board für die Gäste angeschafft. Angenehm ist auch, dass beide Schlafzimmer über Ventilatoren verfügen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und die Küche ist für eine Ferienwohnung sehr gut ausgestattet (es gibt sogar einen Elektrgrill für den Balkon). Wir können uns eine Rückkehr sehr gut vorstellen.

Cet appartement est parfait pour une famille de 4. Sa situation est parfaite pour aller à la plage à pieds. L’appartement était nickel et super bien équipé. La propriétaire est au petits soins et le parking (option) est fortement recommandé ! Le balcon avec la plancha est top, même s’il est étroit.

Super schönes Appartement direkt am Strand

Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Wir waren mit unsern Töchtern 11 und 14 für 14 Tage in Saint Cyr sur mer. Das Appartement ist einfach klasse. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr luftig und weitläufig. Von jeden der Schlafzimmer erreicht man das Wohnzimmer über den Balkon. Dort kann man auch frühstücken oder abends ein Glas Wein genießen. Der Stand-Strand, die Bäckerei, der Spar-Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ende. Eine Garage, in der Hochsaison obligatorisch, und Handtücher kann man auch gegen etwas Aufpreis bekommen. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Wir empfehlen es zu 100% weiter.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in Strandnähe

Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, sehr schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich direkt wie daheim! Zu Fuss 5 min zum Strand, 3 min z Supermarkt und 5 min zu Restaurants und Geschäften. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Sie sind sehr freundlich und bemüht und die Schlüsselübergahen waren super organisiert. Wir kommen wieder! Merci beaucoup!

Un accueil chaleureux et arrangeant au niveau de l’heure d’arrivée. L’appartement est propre et lumineux, dans un quartier calme et proche de la plage ainsi que de plusieurs activités. Très bien équipé, il répond à toutes les attentes. Un balcon agréable mais est beaucoup plus petit que sur les photos, ne permet pas de manger à plusieurs en extérieur. L’inconvénient du stationnement est que toutes les places sont payantes excepté quelques-unes dans 2 rues à proximité. Dommage que les paddles ne soient là « que pour faire beau sur la photo ». Le petit plus aurait été une fixation dans la douche afin de pouvoir mettre le pommeau en hauteur. Quant à l’arrangement sur l’horaire de sortie, la propriétaire est revenue dessus ce qui nous oblige à revoir nos plans et patienter 2h à la gare. Bon séjour malgré les petits

Appartement spacieux, très lumineux, calme et très bien situé. La déco est très chouette et on peut profiter de la vue sur les pins et les lauriers depuis toutes les pièces grâce au balcon filant sur toute la longueur. Propriétaires charmants. Bref, on n'a pas envie d'en repartir !!

Appartement situé dans une rue très tranquille, voisins discrets et sympathiques. Activités sportives dans le coin. Musées à 20 ou 30 min en voiture, le Mucem à Marseille, l'Hôtel des Arts à Toulon, ainsi que la villa Noaille à Hyère. Anne, la propriétaire, arrangeante et chaleureuse. Liebevoll mediterran eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in toller Lage.

Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Von der Wohnung ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss die Standpromenade mit vielen Restaurants zu erreichen, in denen man die leckere französische Küche genießen kann. Wir wurden sehr liebevoll von den Vermietern Anne und ihrem Mann empfangen und danken dafür. Wir haben das Angebot der Garage angenommen und waren froh darüber, da es rund um die Ferienwohnung nur kostenpflichtige Parkplätze gibt. Außerdem ist alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles war einfach nur wundervoll.

Calme, tout à pied, décoré avec soin et classe

Nous tenions tout particulièrement à vous faire part de nos appréciations sur le soin que vous avez mis pour la déco et choix des couleurs et des matériaux. Gamme écru. Superbe. Très classe. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans votre très bel appartement lumineux. Il est très bien équipé et à 2 rues de la plage et commerces. Tout se fait à pied sans prendre la voiture. RARE. De plus, c'est beaucoup plus calme que d'être à ras de la plage. Et les oiseaux des jardins environnants ont ajoutés une touche de charme, bien mieux que des bruits de moteurs. Merci encore d'avoir prévu une bouilloire électrique. La France est un pays plus "café" que "thé", cependant votre choix de pouvoir faire les deux est un plus pour petit déjeuner à l'Anglo-Saxonne, pour nous, rentrant de 24 ans en Australie. Bon à savoir pour les autres locataires qui pourraient lire notre note: 1. A partir du 6 Allée des Lauriers, première à droite rue des Oliviers tombe direct sur la plage. 2. Allée des Palmiers, parallèle à l'Allée des Lauriers, sens opposé plage, est à stationnement gratuit. Bon à savoir. (Free Car Park). RARE. 3. La connexion Wi-Fi est excellente. Ce qui m'a permis de rester en contact avec mon travail. Nous gardons de très bons souvenirs, et un très beau Web-Album, et nous passerons ces coordonnées à bien d’autres de nos amis Australiens passants régulièrement par ici. Nous reviendrons surement.
