Perfect for two families or combination of up to 10 people.

This is an ideal property, featuring:
- new kitchen and appliances. Dishwasher, large stove, microwave, coffee machine with pods provided.
- three bedrooms (BR1 - queen bed with shower ensuite, BR2 - queen bed + air mattress, BR3 - 2 bunks (4 beds) + single trundle bed)

Nestled amongst the moonah trees you will find our place close to Blairgowrie beach and within easy access of the Mornington Peninsula coastal walk. Walk to front beach (for swimming) and back beach (for dunes, rock pools and coastal walk).

Take a stroll to the infamous supermarket and wine store, butcher, cafés and gift shops. Or, take a short drive to nearby Sorrento and Portsea as well as golf courses and vineyards a little further afield.

Very comfortable house for chilled out stay

The house is perfect for a beach getaway - everything you need to eat in or just a 5 minute drive to Blairgowrie shops and eateries, or a little further to Sorrento. Would like to come back when it's not so busy and do more exploring. My only hardship (first world problem, I know) is not having a bath to soak in at the end of the day.

A great short break

The house is terrific, comfortable and in a beautiful setting within close proximity to both front and back beaches. Communication was excellent, which made everything so easy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Property manager was lovely but….

The property manager was lovely and responsive. The property was clean but there were some issues. When we arrived there wasn’t the amount of linen ordered, the double bed had a single bed doona on it and one of the single beds didn’t have any linen at all. The double beds were so uncomfortable that people ended up sleeping on single mattresses on the floor. The ensuite shower is tiny and the adult men couldn’t fit in it. The washing machine doesn’t work properly and although the location is great and the property manager responded quickly to requests or issues we wouldn’t stay again. The property is nice but things are getting worn and not upgraded or replaced which means that whilst they look nice, they aren’t necessarily comfortable or functional.

Lovely spot

Great spot right in the middle of the peninsular with both sides 15mins walking distance. House is cosy with a great fireplace and has a well equiped kitchen. Owners were easy to work with and had great communication. Would happily stay here again. Only caveat is that linen is an opt in extra cost which we decided to skip however didn’t realise we would also need to bring kitchen tea towels and bathmats. Will remember for next time!

Fantastic Family Getaway

We had a wonderful break at Pine Lodge, Blairgowrie. The house was lovely, with the backyard activities perfect for our energetic family. Our hosts were very thoughtful and generous, providing lots of little and not so little (lots of firewood for cold winter nights) extras. We enjoyed exploring the Pensinsula from this lovely home! Thank you for our stay!

Feedback on Pine Lodge accommodation

A neat and clean home, surrounded by trees with great facilities. Good for families with children who wish to utilise the games. Fantastic area for our pet dog who was safe and comfortable in her new surroundings for the duration of the stay. Excellent sized rooms and modern kitchen with comfortable furnishings. Would highly recommend this home and stay here again in the future. Great locations for walks to the beach and shops. Thanks Pine Lodge for making our holiday truly wonderful! Louise and Craig :)

Birthday weekend celebrations

Thankyou for a wonderful memorable weekend away to celebrate my 50th birthday. We enjoyed the property as it had so much to offer especially the kitchen which had many unexpected extras, such as the coffee machine and ice supplied in the freezer. Fabulous winter getaway

We stayed here with a group and it was a magnificent home for a weekend away with friends. Facilities were fantastic, and on a cold weekend the log fire and cosy living area were just perfect. Everything just so comfortable and we really appreciated the attention to detail. The owners couldn't have been more helpful with our queries in the lead up. Can't wait to return in summer!
