Soundwaves 1 is a glorious, oceanfront apartment in an extraordinary position with uninterrupted views of the sand and sea. This apartment is located `behind the flags` and close to Avoca Beach Surf Club.

The apartment consists of 3 luxury bedrooms. Bedroom 1 contains king size bed with ensuite. Bedroom 2 contains queen size bed, and Bedroom 3 has two single beds. TV Area contains 1 x Childrens sofa lounge. All linen provided (just bring your beach towels). The luxurious main bathroom consists of shower, toilet and large bath, perfect for those relaxing evenings. - Sleeps 8

Good location but tired apartment

The location is great! Cannot fault that. However the ad refers to renovated and it is in original condition. Which is tired and definitely not updated. The air-conditioning didn’t work which was very disappointing as it was one of the key reasons we booked this particular accommodation. Underwhelming and not the calibre of property you would expect for cost per night. Even little things like batteries in the tv remote were dead, there were no beach towels or toiletries.

Hi Ren I am sorry that you experienced these issues during your stay. When you advised us that the split system air-conditioner was not working in one of the bedrooms, we did organise for an air-con repair company to attend however as they needed to order a replacement part we unfortunately could not have this repaired before the completion of your stay. The air-con units in the other bedrooms and lounge area were all working. Apologies again that the batteries did not work for the tv remote, we did provide you with replacement batteries when you brought this to our attention. The units have been re-painted and re-furbished. We do regularly inspect the property, replace linen etc. and attend to any repairs, when required, to maintain a high standard.
