This tranquil oasis sleeps 8. Perfect beach holiday destination for one or 2 familes.
Beautiful two-storey home with two large indoor living areas.
Outdoor spaces include -
- A private tropical garden with BBQ & dining area.
- Pool & Bali hut with sun loungers to relax.
- Upstairs balcony with Bali bed and additional dining table.
Short walk to Alexandra Headland's pristine beach with surf club, cafes, patrolled beach and a ten minute pretty coastal stroll to Mooloolaba beach, for more cafes, restaurants, bars & supermarket.
The perfect location for your holiday.
4 bedrooms -2 king, 1 queen, 1 double with all linen and beach/pool towels provided.
3 bedrooms have private ensuites with toilets (new renovation Aug 2023).
The 4th bedroom has access to a new shower in laundry and WC/basin in downstairs powder room
Additional powder room upstairs
Additional bedding options for groups with singles, (within max 8 people booking) include a double sofa bed in the study (Please note - only curtain not door to kitchen )
- also a king single inflatable and 2 cots (1 permanent, 1 portable)
The house can be booked for a maximum of 8 guests including children over 1yr old, using any of the available bedding
*Please note - Schoolies/Graduation celebration group bookings WILL NOT be accepted. Please do not enquire. False bookings of this nature risk cancellation/removal with no refund.
It is also not legal for an adult to make a booking on behalf of a minor.
Please confirm the make up of your group when enquiring, for correct bedding to be set up.
Portable Weber BBQ, fully equipped kitchen and laundry.

- Absolutely no parties
- No "gatherings" or inviting people to the house, who are not in the actual booking. Unless authorised prior.
- Noise levels are to be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 7am. We are in a residential Street. Please be respectful of our neighbours at all times.
- No extra people are to use the facilities or stay overnight.
- Hospital grade lemon myrtle disinfectant used
- Access is contact free using key in lockbox
- Our local manager and cleaner, can be contacted during your stay if needed
- We have a 5 night minimum, please enquire for any other arrangement consideration

Nothing but good things to say about our stay. The owner was very good about fixing any sort of issue or answering questions in a timely manner. This was a perfect location and layout for our large family on holiday.

Great location

Check in was super easy. We were pleasantly surprised by the size and location of this property. Lots of space for our adult family visiting for a family wedding. The beach was a short walk down the street. A lovely walk along a path took us into the heart of Mooloolaba.

Beach Oasis Home In Alex Headland

What a fabulaous house to stay in for a week with our family. There was 8 adults and 2 babies and plenty of room in the house for us. The House has many bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone felt like they had there own space and never felt overcrowded. The Pool is a good size and we spent many hours here. The Host was friendly and accomodating when we needed early and later checkout and quick to reply when we had any queries. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful house and we will be back again soon !!

Fabulous Family getaway

We (6 adults and our 7mth old grandchild) had an amazing week at this wonderful home. The house is absolutely perfect with plenty of space, generous bedrooms with newly renovated ensuites a well appointed kitchen and a fabulous outdoor area with a secluded pool. The house is located in a very quiet street with a short walk to the beautilful AH beach and SLSC. Mooloolaba with it's cafes, restaurants and shopping is a short stroll along the beach boardwalk. All communications with Sharon in the lead up to our stay were prompt and clear and the useful information provided on local cafes and restaurants was appreciated.

Repeat stay at this perfectly located property for our annual family get away. Residence was exceptionally clean and facilities were above and beyond. Minor hiccup during stay but fixed within hours so exceptional customer service. Would recommend if you have a large family and want ro get away.

I can't say enough about the property, the communication, and the general feeling of wellbeing from our stay. We live in Melbourne but love to travel, ski, walk, cycle and explore.

Why they chose this property

Alexandra Headland is a beautiful place to enjoy tropical weather for outdoor activities, but also relax at our house by the pool.
We are 280m to the beach and close to shops, without a hill walk to get home.
We have public buses going past on The Esplanade, and plenty of cafes, restaurants within walking distance of the house.
Quiet private property in tropical gardens, with pool and water features.
Please note that the pool is not heated.
Lots of different indoor and outdoor areas to relax in.

What makes this property unique

Due to COVID uncertainty, we will consider all refunds individually and fairly.
If Govt rules, flights, travel restrictions, or cancellation of an organised event result in you no longer being able to have your holiday at our house we will do everything we can to ensure a full refund is processed. However we do not refund for "change of mind" unless covered by a Homeaway Stayz policy during this time.
Please ensure you have read the cancellation policy as your booking date nears, to ensure you are able to cancel if travel restrictions change.
If Homeaway Stayz pass on a fee to us that we are unable to get refunded, this portion will not be refunded, Cleaning fee is refunded.
