Pet Friendly, Free Wifi, ample parking- Sip on a coffee and settle into a good book with living areas both indoor and outdoor. 3 Large smart TVs, property is fully fenced with a private pool and Cabana for lazy days. Entertaining is a breeze with large kitchen and all the essentials. Cook Wood-fired pizzas or have a BBQ and cold beverage from outdoor beer fridge. Outdoor entertaining area backs onto small grassed yard, with outdoor shower. Grocery store 1min away.

**kids room with queen bed is massive, you are allowed to bring a mattress and linen for additional guests **

The family entertainer will feel like a home away from home with all the essentials like good quality shampoo/ conditioner and body wash. No need to bring dishwashing or clothes washing detergent, it is all here along with pantry essentials like salt pepper and oil and toilet paper. There is a solid supply of coffee pods to get you up and running in the morning. We use top quality linen and Sheridan towels for that added luxury.

There is a Skate park just up the road, duck pond, playground, corner store, bottleshop, bus stop, and restaurants within walking distance. The Sunshine Plaza is only 2 minutes drive with Myer, David Jones and department stores, Kmart, Target, BigW, Coles and Woolworths. Fast food chains like Maccas, KFC, Subway, Nandos, Zaraffas and Hungry Jacks are all within 1-2 mins drive on Aerodrome road as is quick access to Thai, Indian, Pizza Capers and Sushi only a minute away on Aerodrome road also. - yes literally 1 minute!

There are excellent coffee shops only a short stroll away 'Elliots' or 'Glass' on 6th Ave. Or the 'Kiosk' Alex beach bar (beach front of Alex surf club) do great BBQ Breaky wraps.
Anywhere in Cotton Tree is nice for breakfast - Acai bowls, smoothies or bacon and eggs

We stayed over Christmas with my husband, our 4-year-old son and both of our mums and we had a wonderful time. The property suited all ages perfectly and had great amenities for everyone. We especially loved the pool area, it was spacious and a real highlight for our family. The host was lovely and went the extra mile by setting up a Christmas tree for us which made the stay feel extra special. We had a lovely stay overall.

Christmas 2024

We stayed with family and small children for Christmas. Was such a great house and pool and plenty of space for 2 families to enjoy for Christmas. Host was amazing and accomodating and house was very clean and in a great location just a short walk to Maroochydore beach.

Fabulous stay!

We were a group of 4 adults and 4 kids 2-8. We had such a wonderful stay- the house is better to a the photos show. The pool was the perfect size. House well stocked with gorgeous beach my decor. Plenty of space inside and outside for entertaining. Great location- easy walk to everything. Beds were comfortable. Full laundry facilities. Lauren was a great host!

very relaxing beach house

Excellent neat and tidy clean property. great layout for kids and adults heaps of space to relax indoor and outdoor multiple living areas. Main bed mattress was a bit saggy is the only suggestion for improvement that I have. Enjoyed the pizza oven and pool immensely.

Beautiful home close to the beach

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The outdoor area and pool were delightful and the property was only a short stroll from the beach. It was great to be able to bring our dog along with us and the outside area catered for him well with plenty of grass and covered patio to provide shelter.The 4 bedrooms were very comfortable and the main bathroom was gorgeous. The property is very well equipped, the only very minor issue was that all wardrobes/drawers/cupboards etc are full of the owners personal belongings and therefore there is nowhere to put your clothes.

Wonderful Stay

We had a truly wonderful stay here. Lauren was a brilliant hostess. Everything advertised for the property was there. It was so good to have the essentials on hand eg toilet paper, coffee pods, laundry detergent and every kitchen appliance and utensils you could possibly need. The house is brilliantly laid out and has plenty of room for everyone. The kids and adults loved the pool and outside areas. I can highly recommend Lauren and her home for an exceptional holiday on the Sunshine coast.

On the whole very good

We did have a very enjoyable stay. The owner was quick to answer our questions and was very helpful. All mod-cons were available. Kitchen was well stocked. The house was lovely, but the decor was a little tired. As it seemed to be the primary residence of the owner, all wardrobes were locked and we were unable to unpack fully ( there was a limited amount of storage available). 600 metre walk to the beach is inaccurate and it was more like 900m. Parking was limited to the street ( unless you are happy to block the footpath) as the garage was off limits. A lovely place to stay, just a shame the description was misleading.

Although our house is kid friendly, with lockable grassy yard and swimming pool, you will have access to the best quality items such as crystal glassware and Maxwell Williams dinnerware and Royal Daulton cutlery. So you actually feel like you're on holidays somewhere nice :-)
