The 2 Storey house was completed in Aug 2014. Suitable for Couples / Multiple Family's and Corporate groups. The House is located in a Private estate great for that quiet getaway.

North Beach is located about 2hrs North West of Adelaide CBD and 5mins drive from Wallaroo centre. Only 300m to the Beach and fishing. Boat ramp in Wallaroo 5mins drive away.

Strictly a Max of 11 People Per Night stay allowed (includes Kids)

The main bedroom is located upstairs and the other 3 are downstairs.

Just minutes’ walk to the water's edge and 5 mins walk to great swimming beaches which are suitable for kids as water depth is not passed the hips.

Plenty of room to kick a football and or ride bikes. Park the boat while not in use.

Laundry amenities, iron and ironing board and all cooking equipment are supplied. Please bring your own bed linen and towels as these are NOT provided. However, all beds have quilts & pillows.

Tea, coffee, some condiments, cleaning products and dish cloths supplied, please wash & dry after use. No smoking and NO pets allowed. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, cutlery, cups, pans and appliances like deep fryer, air fryer and nespresso coffee machine plus much more for you to use, a hair dryer is also supplied in the upstairs bathroom.

North Beach is famous for its great beaches and local fishing. Relax with family & friends while watching the sunset off the balcony while having a few drinks.

Great location to spend your new years period as fireworks are let off for the Kids and amusement rides are available near Wallaroo jetty. You can also still drive your car onto some of the beaches near the house so you can take all your gear or play beach cricket.

This is NOT a house for your big wild parties. Disorderly behaviour will NOT be TOLERATED and this will end with your stay being TERMINATED. If any major damage to the property is reported by our cleaner, the repairs will be quoted and deducted from your bond. We ask that you respect the house and our neighbours.

Other Property Info

A Deposit of 50% of the Total booking cost (not including Bond) is required to secure the dates requested for your stay.

Cancellation Policy

If Cancellation of your booking is required, then we will hold your Deposit (50% of the total booking cost, Not including the Bond)

If you wish to cancel your booking within 14 days prior to the commencement of your stay a Fee of 100% of the Total booking amount paid will be charged in this time (not including Bond)

Note: Your Bond will be Fully refunded at any stage of Cancellation.
