This modern 4 bedroom holiday house with sea views from the large front decking has everything you will need for your next family getaway. With only a minute walk to the beautiful North beach this house offers comfort and lifestyle with only a short drive to the Wallaroo Township. North beach and Wallaroo are known for their beautiful beaches and great fishing.
This house is fully furnished allowing for a maximum of 8 people including children with a minimum of 2 nights stay.
Bedroom 1 – Queen bed + wardrobe
Bedroom 2 – Queen bed + wardrobe
Bedroom 3 – Double bed + wardrobe
Bedroom 4 – 2 single beds + wardrobe
1 bathroom + toilet
All kitchen equipment and utensils are supplied, microwave, washing machine, dryer, 45inch TV in lounge room, DVD player, split system aircon in main area, BBQ and outdoor dining.
Please note:
We ask that you respect the property and neighbours. This house is strictly a maximum of 8 people per night. Strictly NO parties and disorderly behaviour will NOT be tolerated, this will terminate your stay immediately. If there is any damage done to the property or furniture, the repairs will be deducted from your bond. If the house has not been left in a tidy manner and extra cleaning is required, this will be deducted from your bond. Strictly NO cleaning of seafood inside, there is a dedicated outdoor sink/bench for this. We ask that this is cleaned after use and ensure that seafood scraps are discarded of appropriately prior to leaving.

NO smoking and NO pets allowed.
A deposit of 50% of the total booking cost (not including the bond) is required to secure the dates for your stay.
Cancellation policy:
If cancellation of your booking is required we will hold the deposit paid. If you wish to cancel your booking under 7 days prior to the commencement date, a fee of 100% of the total booking will be charged (not including bond).
If you wish to cancel your booking 7 days prior to commencement date, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If you wish to cancel 14 days prior to commencement date, 100% refund will be given. Your bond will be fully refunded at any stage of cancellation.
Please contact us if you wish to make any changes to your booking before cancelling. We may be able to offer another date available or offer a credit to use at a later date.

Ideal family home

Plenty of room. We discovered the park with a playground 1 block away also had toilets, so that that added to the flexibility with 8 persons and the one toilet.

Weekend trip

The house was pretty clean, but the garbage bins were full when we were arrived and we were told they would be emptied the next day but they were not which was a little frustrating. They didn’t have essential needs on premises such as paper towel or tea towels which wouldn’t have been a problem if we were informed prior. Besides that the house is great for family or friends to get away, definitely need to look at having more than the one air-conditioner in the lounge for warmer months but it was great that all bedrooms had fans.

Great spot, clean house

Great little spot for a family that loves the beach. House was lovely and clean with plenty of room to move and a nice big front deck with views to North Beach. Be prepared to provide all own linen - including doonas/blankets. Would’ve been great if this was provided as part of the stay - as taking bulky blankets is a bit painful when travelling. Other than that - great little spot, and we would stay there again.
