Perfect place for a large group

Erica’s place had everything we needed and also lost a of space. Very clean and Erica was easy to communicate with. Would recommend, this is actually the second time we have stayed at her place.

Excellent accommodation

Very impressed with this house. It was very clean, facilities carefully catered for and well located. It suited my friends and I to a tee. Would recommend to those who are going to the BM for a few days.

A Family Getaway

Fabulous five bedroom house

We were a group of 5 women who had the luxury of a bedroom each and 3 bathrooms to share. The house is the best equipped house I've ever stayed in with lovely linen, electric blankets and the kitchen and generous quantities of crockery and cutlery. It's located in a quiet area within easy 10 to 15 minute walking distance to the town centre. We would definitely book again if coming to the Blue Mountains. Thanks Erica.

Perfect place to stay

This was a perfect place to stay for 7 women. The house was exceptionally clean with 3 bathrooms with plenty of supplies. The lounge had enough comfortable seating for everyone to sit. The gas heater was a bonus on the cold mornings for instant heat. I would highly recommend this property to future guests.

Absolutely Fantastic

My friends and I really enjoyed this place. It was located with a short walk into Katoomba. For a group of women, it was so great having so much space and so many bathrooms! It was very well appointed and extremely clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again.

A great place for family, you just have to bring your clothes as there’s everything in the house, very clean and extremely comfortable and cozy ! Great for family with children … spacious and cozy. Very enjoyable stay and very reasonable price

Excellent Accommodation

The house is very warm, clean and perfect for Winter with many Heaters, Electric Blankets and etc. The Kitchen is very well equipped. All bedrooms are spacious. The 3 bathrooms are Perfect for large group. It is very close the Katoomba Town. Highly recommended. Thank you very much, Erica.

Photos don't do this place justice.

It was a lovely experience staying at this house. Very clean. new and modern. Our weekend was very cold and windy. Split system on both levels and gas heating in the living made it very warm and comfortable. Electric blankets were provided as well. Toiletries, kitchen utensils/crockery, condiments etc were all provided if we chose to use them. Beds were very comfortable and sheeting/doona luxurious. Highly recommend.
