Come and enjoy this tastefully renovated 4 bedroom home which can accommodate up to 8 people. Situated in a central but quiet street. Enjoy the space in this self contained accommodation with open plan living area and a second sitting room to enjoy the sun, read a book or watch television. There are 3 queen bedrooms, master with ensuite and one bedroom has a king bed that can be split into 2 long singles on request. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The secure yard has plenty of room for the kids to run around. Fantastic undercover area with BBQ and outdoor dining. Please note air conditioning in 4th bedroom only

Host communicativeThe blinds in the lounge room and the ensuite are broken and disintegrating. The house gets hot during the peak of summer as there is no air conditioning and the bedroom with the ensuite has no fly screens on the windows so can’t be opened for fresh air without bugs coming in. Otherwise comfortable, adequately equipped and suitable for our needs.

Yes the property has a couple of blinds that are broken.
I have recently had all the bedrooms blinds replaced and the rest of the property are in the process of being made.
Unfortunately screens can’t be fitted to the master bedroom because of the shutters but because of it being on the western side the shutters are necessary to block the afternoon sun. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans which are very effective in cooling the rooms whilst sleeping.
Another lovely stay in this beautiful property. Very spacious for up to 8 people and always very clean and presented well. Tracey has always been great to deal with.
This house was perfect for our Mother’s Day weekend - with plenty of room for 2 couples and one family. It has been beautifully renovated and was clean, inviting and cosy. Communication with host Tracy was good and check in was easy.
The best Goulburn accommodation for our needs - clean, warm, quiet, well-presented, close to hospital, minutes to town centre, provides enough to cater for visitors if needed. We've stayed several times now when visiting family. Our Goulburn go-to. Thanks again Tracy.

This property is in a great quiet location close to the hospital. Within walking distance of the local pool and kids adventure park. Great property for small groups or 2 families. Happy to accommodate longer stays for workers coming to town.
