この新しく改造された2階建ての1ベッドルーム/ 1バスコンドミニアムは、サンバレービレッジの村人にあり、3人まで宿泊できます。 メインレベルには、ステンレス製の電化製品と2人用のテーブルを備えた完全装備のキッチンがあります。 ラブシートのある小さなシッティングエリアがあります。 リラックスするためにコンドミニアムに入ると、小さなデッキもあります。 階段を2つ上がると、シングルサイズの洗面化粧台と浴槽とシャワーのコンボを備えたフルサイズのバスがあります。 収納用の広々としたクローゼットと洋服のハンガーがあります。
2階には、55インチのフラットスクリーンテレビ、DVDプレーヤー2ソファ（うち1つは追加の寝具用の布団、小さな子供）、クイーンベッドを備えたリビングエリアです。 このコンドミニアムはクーペと小さな子供に最適です。
複雑な特徴：ビレッジコンドミニアムは、サンバレービレッジとダラーマウンテンの間にあります。 この複合施設は中心部に位置し、サンバレーパビリオンに近接しています。 ボールドマウンテンは1.5マイル先です。 ダラーマウンテンとサンバレービレッジは、それぞれ約1/4マイル離れています。 サンバレーリゾートのアメニティパスは、サンバレーロッジアンドインプール、オリンピックおよびキッズプール（夏季のみ）、ホットタブ、ロッカールーム、フィットネスセンターへの特別なアクセスを提供します。 ゴルフ、テニス、ガンクラブ、トレイルライドも割引料金で利用できます。 複合施設の入り口にある無料のシャトルがあり、ボールド山とダラー山、ケッチャムのダウンタウン、サンバレーリゾートに移動します。

Great rental. clean. cozy. competitive price. perfect small 1 bedroom condo with kitchen. Only thing missing is washer/dryer. otherwise this was perfect place to stay.

Cozy Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this bright, efficient condo. Good location in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all resort areas and nearby Ketchum. Condo is perfect for 2 people, but not many more. Birdwatchers will enjoy having a bird feeder nextdoor and all its bird activity!

Awesome condo.

This condo is listed for 4 people, but the beds for the 3rd and 4th person are pads for the floor or sleeping on the couches. Totally worked out for the price and what we got.

My kids were in sun valley to participate in the music festival. This condo was perfectly located so that they could walk to and from their classes. We really enjoyed our time.
