  • Great place at a fair price.

"We spent three wonderful days at this location, and wish it could have been longer! Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided, with all of the amenities one would expect at a vacation destination. The location was excellent, within walking distance or biking distance to town, restaurants, shopping, the River Run lift and more. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was completely empty on both of the days we visited. In town, we saw a bumper sticker that said "My life is better than your vacation"...go visit and see why! Can't wait to return to Idaho, and will definitely try to stay here again. We wouldn't have changed a thing."

  • Gorgeous house in ideal location

"This home is gorgeous. Beautiful craftsmanship and stunning views from the patios. Our family of 5 with three teenagers really enjoyed the location which permitted the teens to ride their bikes into town and to various activities. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is delightful, with many friendly neighbors. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home."

  • Beautiful Property and Ideal Location

"We, five, adults, had an outstanding week's vacation in the Woodcock's spacious town house which is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities, It is ideal for a summer vacation with perfect weather/temperature and lots of trails for bike riding and hiking. Lastly views from the house and the surrounding mountains are specular. The Birnbaums, Aug 2016"

  • Perfect for us!

"We love the location and the price was competitive. The owner was excellent to work with and even arranged a mid-stay cleaning because we were there 2 weeks. What a treat! The condo was clean and well-stocked and had great wi-fi. The pool and hot tub are now saline instead of chlorine, which was great! Our deposit was refunded in a timely manner. This condo was a great fit for our family's needs. We enjoyed watching the paragliders land just outside the window and it was great to walk just across the field directly to the River Run lodge area, take the Gondola up and eat at the Roundhouse. Being right on the bike trails is wonderful and we often frequented by car/foot/bike, the Village Market and NourishMe as well as getting pedicures at the In & Out Salon and exercising at the YMCA. We loved the bar food (especially the fries) and prices at Lefty's and really enjoyed the lounge menu at the Sawtooth Club - best burger ever! Enjoyed Wiseguy Pizza, though they were super busy and a little slow, The Burger Grill was creative and fun but a little overpriced, Wonderful House Chinese was good, Rasberrys has the best patio and a great GF menu and desserts, Java on Fourth for a coffee meeting with a friend, and the Iconoclast bookstore for a late lunch. The reason for 4 stars is that though this property is well maintained, it is "dated." The layout is a little awkward and the doorknobs and light switches are in weird locations. There is little to no pantry space to stock groceries. The window in the main bedroom was very "sticky" and hard to open and close. I kept missing the last step of the stairs from the loft because of the strange door placement and lack of floor contrast. I fell pretty hard the second day and then put some painter's tape on the bottom step to help remind me that the last step was there. Some of the blinds were hard to open/close and the vertical blinds had slats missing. I think several light bulbs were out. But, we were so busy having fun in Sun Valley and taking part in the SVSS music education program, that none of this was bothersome to us and we did not see the need to complain or bring it up while we were there. We are family of simple tastes and appreciated the great customer service, price, and location."
