  • Nice location, cozy and very clean.

"We used this house as a base for our Ketchum/Sun Valley adventures and it was the perfect size for a small family of three. The home is cozy and impeccably clean. Even though it's right off of Highway, it feels very secluded and there are wonderful views of the trees growing around the creek. My only complaint is that we never slept well in the master bed. We may be spoiled from our foam mattress at home, but we tossed and turned every night trying to get comfortable."

  • Fourth of July Gathering

"This was our first year renting the River Street condo and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. As another reviewer mentioned, it felt like home away from home. The location is great (close to town, but not too close), close to River Run Village, and the bike trail. The house had all of the necessary amenities and was very clean. There were two families, four adults and 6 kids total (all under the age of 13), so we rented both sides of the condo and as a result it never felt crowded. The kids loved having their own bathrooms and their own TVs (so did the parents). The "parking lot" is a bit odd and isn't very conducive to SUVs, especially if the other units that share the lot have renters at the same time, but there is "street parking" which was more than adequate. Brian and Karen at Mountain Lifestyles were easy to work with and very responsive to my requests. Other than some back and forth about whether we had a pet dog staying with us (we did not, but apparently a very nosy neighbor contacted the management company saying that we did), we had a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back if they will have us."

  • Great spot to adventure from!

"We loved using this cabin as a place to adventure from; we explored Alturas & Petit Lakes and did lots of swimming, hiking, and boating in the area. Just driving up the road past the cabin puts you in beautiful national forest areas along Smiley creek. The cabin is very simple but has everything you need and provides a very peaceful spot. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the porch, listening to the creek and watching the sheep across the way and also liked being able to walk down to Smiley Creek Lodge for great burgers and shakes. Liese was a very accessible host and was great to work with!"
