Great Beach Home on Quiet End of Town

Check in and out is always on a Monday during peak season.

Great house located on the quiet end of Ocean Bay Park.

This air conditioned beach house has four bedrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen (including dishwasher) and 2 bathrooms. You also have access to a washer and dryer. We supply all pillows, sheets and towels. There is a great deck with outdoor dining and lounge area and grill on the south side of the house right off the kitchen to enjoy summer BBQ's. Also we have an outdoor shower to rinse the salty water and sand from your day at the beach.
The house comes fully equipped with bicycles, beach chairs and beach umbrellas! The beach is a short walk at the end of the road.
Ferry service from Bay Shore lands you in the heart of the Ocean Bay Park. Downtown Ocean Bay Park features bay front dining at Schooners and Flynn’s, a pizza parlor, ice cream shop, bagel store & deli, grocery store, and a bicycle rental shop. Nearby town of Ocean Beach is a 15-20 minute walk. Ocean Beach is where you will find shops, restaurants and bars.

This home is only accessible via ferry. Be sure to check out www.fireislandferries.com for all ferry schedules.

There are strict good neighbor and noise policies for this home in addition to no parties allowed at any time.
We supply 3 rolls of paper towels, 4 rolls of toilet per bathroom.

Great stay with great friends!

My friends and I had a lovely stay in Kim’s home. Very nice and clean home with a great deck. Close to the beach and a short walk from the local market and some restaurants. I would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Annual Family Vacation

Second time back… house is perfect size, clean, and great location. Host is immediately responsive and thought of everything when designing and stocking the house. Plenty of bikes, towels, beach chairs, and even board games for a thunderstorm. Great deck with bbq and outdoor shower and room in the yard for cornhole and a catch with the kids. A big thank you to the host, Kim, and we plan to be back again next summer!

For the Win

My friends and I had a great weekend. The house was perfect and the host were great. They communicated when needed and provided us with great suggestion for food and fun. The house had everything we needed and it was so great to have enough bikes for all of us to enjoy. It’s located a short walk from the ferry and about 20 min to ocean bay park. I’m looking forward to going back next year. Thank you

Great stay on Fire Island

House was great for our party of 10 friends. Clean, well kept property that was super close to the beach. Loved having bikes and beach chairs available for use, and Kim was very responsive when we had questions.

Lovely OBP house!

We had a group of 7 stay for a long weekend and it was perfect! The house is well appointed and clean. The location couldnt be better, quick walk from ferry and beach. The bikes were a big hit too!

Great Family Getaway

Fantastic house! Plenty of room for a family of 12, very clean, and stocked with all of the essentials for Fire Island. Plenty of brand new beach chairs and bikes to enjoy. Would definitely stay again, Kim was a great host :)

Weekend with friends

The house was clean and great set up, also air conditioning worked very good ! Deck furniture was nice and in good condition also. Plenty of beach chairs towels and bikes. Would 10/10 recommend !

Beach house

This home is a typical beach house with all the amenities except toilet paper. Bring your own, they supply one roll each bathroom. We were given the wrong combination for the wagon so us 2 old ladies had to deal with transporting our supplies to the house.. Ugg that was no fun! There was a musky smell in some rooms, , I believe it was from AC filters. They need to be cleaned. We enjoyed ourselves, it was perfect for our gang.

Beautiful house, great location

The house was exactly as shown in the listing, about 5 minutes from the beach on a quiet area. We were a party of 7 adults and one toddler and it was a perfect size for us. Kim was really responsive to any queries we had. Hope to stay there again.

Great for groups

We had such a great time at this property. Kim was quick to respond and very helpful with any questions we had. The house was clean and comfortably fit all 11 of us. Would definitely recommend and would love to return!

Amazing Beach Rental!!

Check in and out was very easy, house was extremely clean, interior was adorable, and the location was absolutely perfect! It was a great home for our group of 9 adults and a newborn and we enjoyed being in a quieter area of the beach. We loved being able to use the bikes, wagon, and beach chairs. It made out stay so stress free. I highly recommend and hope to stay again next summer!

Just Perfect!

This clean cute home was perfect! A short walk to the beach. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Bikes for a nice ride into Ocean Beach or around the area. Only a 20 min walk into Ocean Beach. We also loved the deck outside for morning coffee. The owner Kim responds quickly to any questions. We would love to come back to Kim’s home again

Comfortable and convenient

Great location. Comfortable house with a large supply of towels, beach chairs, and bicycles. Excellent bedrooms, sleeping arrangements and bathrooms. The kitchen needs updates and a good cleaning. All together - very good.

Perfect getaway with cousins!

We were so lucky to find this gem in ocean bay park for our cousins weekend! House was clean and well stocked with towels bikes and beach chairs. Host was very responsive! House was centrally located and easy walk to beach and bars; would love to rent again!
