Ohio Cabin near Amish Country Pro Football HOF Hiking trails Near lake Fire Pit.

This cabin is a great location as a home base for many adventures and interesting sites. Located 1/2-hour from all the attractions in Amish Country, and the same to Canton and the Pro Football Hall of Fame, First Ladies Museum, McKinley Museum, great restaurants, etc. Atwood Lake East Marina is 0.8 miles from the cabin, with boat and pontoon rentals. In winter, cross-country skiers can go back-and-forth on about 12 acres of open land, or if you are a hiker, there are 43 acres with a open paths, plus another 40-acres of public wooded land that abuts my property.
Live theater is available within a 90-minute drive in Cleveland and Pgh., as well as professional sports there.
Those wishing to do none of the above, to just decompress for a few days or a week will find this ideal. Very peaceful, scenic, bucolic setting. You truly can do as much or as little as you want. Picture yourself sitting on the deck, glass of wine in hand, watching a beautiful Carroll County sunset, or watching the flames dance over the outdoor fire pit, which will be lit and waiting for your arrival.
I have a discount of 15% for a booking of one week or more, and a 40% discount for bookings of 30 days or more.

We didn't stay. The cabin was old and dilapidated. Ceiling actually coming down in one corner. Old furniture and in bad shape. Outside all overgrown mold growing on screen door. Deck collapsing on one side. NOthing like the pictures online! Host was a nice man. Cabin was not! No mention of 18" drop off from living room to dining room. No mention of washer and dryer in the basement.

My place is close to Beautiful Atwood Lake. You’ll love my place because of the serenity of the rolling hills country, hiking trails over the 43 acres of land, the verdant lushness of spring and the glorious colors of fall. 30 minutes to the art and craft stores in Amish country, or the Pro Football Hall of Fame, the First Ladies Museum and fine restaurants in the Canton and Belden Village area. Pontoon and ski-boat rentals at the Atwood East Marina is a mile from the cabin. Live theater and professional sports teams in Cleveland and Pittsburgh are 90 minutes away.
Cabin has heat and air conditioning for your comfort year around. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
