Exceptional location in the middle of almond and olive trees with a magnificent view of the mountains and the countryside. The villa is located on a country lane, a few meters from the main road. It is a villa with a beautiful swimming pool and beautiful terraces, some are shaded, offering fantastic views. An outdoor summer kitchen is at your disposal. The villa is well equipped and furnished.

All of our villas are located in beautiful natural surroundings and quiet village areas. Therefore, these houses are ideal for the holidays of families and groups who seek and appreciate these characteristics. Please therefore note that the villas are not suitable and available for loud parties.

The resort of Torre del Mar is the closest and is 30 minutes away by car. The beaches are pleasant and you will find beach bars and restaurants all along the promenade. 5 km west of Málaga is the popular district of Pedregalejo, also well supplied with bars and restaurants.
Nerja, its famous caves and stunning views of the Mediterranean are 1 hour away by car.


In the typical white village of Comares, which is a 5-minute drive away, you will find bars, banks, shops and restaurants. There are also 2 restaurants in the hamlet of Los Ventorros. Málaga city center is less than 1 hour from the villa. You can also visit Granada which is 90 minutes away. The villa is perfectly located for visiting other parts of Andalucia such as Cordoba, Seville and Ronda. This region of southern Spain has the best climate in all of Europe and enjoys excellent temperatures throughout the year. Come and discover the pretty Arab village of Comares and Andalusian life.
Torre del Mar is the nearest beach and is about a 30 minute drive away. It has a lovely beach and promenade where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment for adults and children.
Pedregalejo, 5km west of Malaga city centre, is another popular beach and promenade with plenty of bars and restaurants.
Nerja, with its famous caves and stunning views of the Mediterranean, is around an hour's drive away. The coast road before taking the direction of Comares is superb.
The village of Comares, the most beautiful white village in the Axarquia, is charming. It is 5 minutes by car and has bars, banks, shops, bakeries, restaurants, a pharmacy and a doctor. There are also more bars and restaurants in the small hamlet of Los Ventorros, 5 minutes walk from the villa. Malaga and the city are an hour's drive from the house. You can also visit Granada in 90 minutes. The house is perfect for visiting other parts of Andalusia, such as Cordoba, Seville and Ronda. This region of southern Spain has the best climate in all of Europe and enjoys excellent temperatures throughout the year. Come and discover the pretty village of Comares and the life of Andalusia.
The swimming pool is open all year round.

Pool heating is available from 01 April to 15 November at an additional cost of 190 euros per week

Car essential in this house to make the most of the beautiful region!

1 dog can be admitted but only after consultation and there is an additional cost to pay.

You must pay a refundable deposit of €500 on arrival, by credit card. You will be refunded within 7 days of your departure. This cannot be done on the day of your departure, as many guests leave the houses/apartments on the same day. Please ensure our office or your caretaker has your bank details in order to return the deposit.

Pet cost: €50 per pet.
Cost of air conditioning: 30 euros per week is in place for your arrival, after that you pay for what you use. The average cost is 1 euro for 1 hour depending on the temperature set. Please note that air conditioning is only available in rooms.
There is a refundable cleaning/damage deposit of 500 euros, to be paid on arrival.
For long-term rentals (more than 28 days), you pay electricity at €0.35/kw.
PLEASE NOTE THAT PERSON MAKING THE RESERVATION MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

Quem gosta de compras não pode deixar de visitar espaços como Centro Comercial El Ingenio e Centro Comercial Rincón de la Victoria. 40th Birthday holiday

Villa is absolutely perfect for a chilled holiday. Perfectly clean and well laid out with an excellent outdoor bbq eating area. Pool was great with spectacular views of the surrounding hills.Host was very nice and helpful. Check in and check out was seamless.Highly recommend this villa!

Great stay again !

We have been in Villa Las Palomeras for the second time and again we did enjoy our stay very much. The Villa is very well equipped with everything one need, very well maintained and located with a stunning view above a beautiful valley. Linda, David and Raphael are very nice and helpful for all questions which may occur. We will definitely come back !

Very Comfortable Villa with beautiful views

The villa is located in a beautiful tranquil spot about 10 minutes drive from lovely Comares which has a fantastic restaurant El Molino De Los Abuelos with superb food and most beautiful decor. The villa itself is very comfortable and clean. We also enjoyed heated swimming pool (in March). Our main purpose was to relax and visit places around (Malaga, Torre del Mar, Mijas) and this property was ideal for this. We highly recommend it to anyone who likes beautiful views, visiting places and relaxation by the pool.

Eleven of us stayed. Brilliant villa with large outside area. Well maintained and clean. The pool was in use from 7 am to 8 pm. Excellent BBQ and enjoyed by all Would love to return if ever back in the area

Par où commencer … A notre arrivée , Isabelle était présente et nous attendait .Elle nous a expliqué le fonctionnement , montré la villa avec professionnalisme et grande sympathie … Elle nous envoie même par mail les visites à effectuer dans la région. Côté visite , nous étions à Torre del mare 30 min de voiture , Malaga 40-45 min de voiture où nous avions visité le fort , la cathédrale, le musée Picasso , fait un tour en catamaran … Mijas … est également un village typique d’Andalousie qui est très joli avec la présence de nombreux ânes … Ronda vaut le coup d’être visité … village dans les hauteurs à flanc de montagne . Gibraltar est un peu loin mais à faire. La villa est grande et d’une propreté remarquable.Elle suffit aisément pour 12 personnes. Je tiens également à souligner la réactivité d’Isabelle ( 2 chaises extérieures étaient défectueuses et remplacées dans la journée ). La piscine, quand à elle est grande , facile d’accès avec des marches et le revêtement n’est pas glissant . De plus , le pisciniste venait 2 à 3 fois par semaine pour analyser l’eau et rajouter des produits quand cela était nécessaire. Ce gentil monsieur se déplaçait même le dimanche . L’environnement est très joli et calme. Et cerise sur le gâteau … ma fille avait oublié sa bague ( cadeau de la 1 ère année d’union avec son copain ) et Isabelle nous l’a renvoyé à mon domicile en France . Un grand merci à elle pour sa gentillesse !!! Bref…. Nous avons passé 2 semaines inoubliables !!!

meditativer Urlaub im Paradies

Die herrschaftliche Villa hat eine traumhafte Lage in den Bergen. Der Ausblick in die Berge und ins Tal ist einfach meditativ. Eine Optik die mich direkt in einen Zustand innerer Ruhe versetzt hat. Aller Stress und Hektik scheint unten im Tal zu bleiben. Die Villa ist sehr ordentlich und gepflegt. Die Liegen waren scheinbar ziemlich neu und sehr bequem. Meine Frau und ich haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten zum ersten Mal unsere junge belgische Schäferhündin im Urlaub mit, ein Energiebündel, und auch sie war absolut begeistert. Begeistert waren wir ebenso von der Hundefreundlichkeit der Andalusier. Der Gärtner und Isabelle waren direkt die Amigos unserer Kleinen. Wir waren nicht in Restaurants sondern haben uns selbst verköstigt. In Velez Málaga, ca. eine halbe Stunde mit dem Auto entfernt, ist ein riesiges EKZ. Die Küche ist gut zu benutzen und ein Frühstück oder Mittag / Abendessen mit Blick in die Berge haben wir vorgezogen. Die Villa ist gut beheizbar, ein Pelletofen und E-Heizungen sind vorhanden. Wir hatten sie jedoch nur Abends kurz an. Isabelle, von hp comares, ist total herzlich und sympathisch. Wir sind keine schwierigen Gäste, wir wollten eigentlich nur unsere Ruhe, aber wenn wir doch irgendwas wollten oder gefragt haben hat sie es sofort beantwortet oder erledigen lassen. Es sind leider keine Wanderwege direkt vorhanden. Wir sind trotzdem viel gelaufen, halt die Straßen hoch und runter. Für uns war das absolut OK. Ein gutes Training und alle Autos haben einen großen Bogen gemacht und die Fahrer immer sehr freundlich gegrüßt. Mit dem Auto erreicht man dann schöne Wanderstrecken wie z.B. den Vinuela Stausee u.a. Atemberaubend sind die engen, verschlungenen Straßen in den Bergen. Kurve an Kurve, Kehre an Kehre, große Steigungen und starke Gefälle im ständigen Wechsel. Diese Strecken sind einfach meditativ für jeden der gerne aktiv Auto fährt....und sich trotzdem bei der Geschwindigkeit beherrschen kann. Teilweise z.B. von Comares nach Malaga über die Berge fährt man fast alleine durch eine Traumgegend. Wie hat mir da meine Harley gefehlt. Für uns als Berliner Flachländer war es eine meditative Erfahrung in einer atemberaubenden Landschaft und ein Urlaub den wir nie vergessen werden.

Great Relaxing Stay

This is the second time we have visited, the first time in 2019. Not much has changed other than air-conditioning in the rooms which is nice after a hot day by the pool. We really do love coming here as we have the pool heated and there is total privacy with the next house along the lane being around 1/4 mile away. You will need a car to access the Villa and we used both Coviran shops in Comares & Benemargosa which have a good choice and an English section if needed. We usually stock up on the way at Lidl in Velez-Malaga and use the two local shops during the week for meat and bread etc. I would recommend this Villa to anyone looking for peace and quiet away from it all. Jose the caretaker is great and the pool guy even gave us fresh Mango's from the garden, which were delicious! All in all the whole process from booking to the stay is effortless and totally enjoyable. We will come back again.

Villa très agréable et bien située

Villa propre et sobre, idéale pour 10 personnes, belle terrasse avec vue magnifique, piscine très bien entretenue, concierge adorable, disponible et de bon conseil. On s'y sent bien pour se reposer. Situation idéale pour passer des montagnes et leurs villages blancs à la mer ou encore l'Alhambra de Grenade. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Paradies auf Erden

Sehr schönes, grosses Haus, genau wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist ausserhalb des Dorfes auf einem Hügel und traumhaft schön gelegen. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Sept/Okt 2019 mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kinder sehr genossen. Auto ist zwingend! Die Strände im nahegelegenen Torre del Mar sind schön und sauber. Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge in der Umgebung gibt es sehr viele. Gut vom Flughafen Malaga (rund 50min.) zu erreichen. Vielen Dank an Jose Antonio für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung beim Check-In und Out.

Absolutely Marvellous Villa

We stayed a week at the end of August. The Villa itself was amazing, very spacious, clean and in peaceful surroundings. The check in process was really smooth and we had excellent communication from the hosts. There are two supermarkets close by, one in Comares and one in Benamargosa, which is the easier to get to. We had the pool heated which was worth the money as the children spent most of the holiday in it! If your looking for a relaxing week away then this is the place. We were also 30 mins away from the beach at Torre del Mar which is a nice day trip.

Lovely stay

We stayed here as a group of 10 (including 2 children) recently. The other reviews do not mention the location. I am luckily a confident driver but if you aren't then you won't want to drive up to the villa! It's extremely steep, no barrier over the cliff edge and not a proper road. Other reviews mentioned being able to walk to the nearest village- there is no way you could do this, especially with children- there are no footpaths. Views from villa are lovely and I would recommend the villa itself . Just a shame about the location- you have to drive everywhere.

Beautiful house and location that was everything it promised to be

We had an amazing two weeks at Villa Las Palomeras. The house was immaculately prepared and had absolutely everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The villa offers peace and tranquility and stunning views over the local area and was a great location from which to explore the local area with its many picturesque villages. Half a hour takes you to some beautiful coastal resorts and large supermarkets to stock up on essentials for chilling at the villa and cooking and eating al fresco. The property was well maintained inside and out and the team were just a phone call away if needed. A car is of course essential in this area but a short 5 minute drive to Benamargosa or Comares Provides access to bars, restaurants and small supermarkets. All in all a great villa in a great location and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison conforme aux photos. Maison idéale pour un séjour entre amis (6 adultes et 6 adolescents). José Antonio note hôte est très disponible pour faire en sorte qu’il ne nous manque rien. Bien équipée, bonne literie. Idéalement placée, cette maison permet de partir à la journée pour visiter les vllles avoisinantes.

Een oase van rust en gezelligheid

Voor vertrek hadden we al regelmatig goed en leuk contact met de beheerders David en Linda. Midden in de nacht wat lastig de inrit te vinden maar met gps werkt het prima. Bij aankomst waren we positief verrast. Mooi huis en omgeving en wat een uitzicht. Het huis was kraak helder en fris. Nog nooit zo'n schoon vakantie huis getroffen. Verwarmd zwembad is ideaal, ook wanneer het wat frisser is. In de avond kan je de verlichting aanzetten voor een prachtig romantisch plaatje. We hebben met 10 personen (6 volwassenen, 10 kinderen) een geweldige tijd gehad. Moesten af en toe met stoelen en tafel schuiven van buiten naar binnen omdat het buiten net te fris was. Maar dat vonden wij niet erg. Hebben openhaard hout laten brengen om het binnen lekker warm te krijgen. Fijn dat er een openhaard was. We gaan zeker nog een keer van dit huis genieten.

Great warm swimming pool and open views

We had a great stay with our two small children. Especially the warm pool was great so we could even swim in the evening. The surroundings are a nice plus. You have a nice view of the surrounding hills. It gives the feeling of space and privacy. The house is large but not very cosy furnished: it's basic and functional, but could use some updating. The kitchen doesn't have all the utensils you need and the pots and pans are a bit old. A quick visit to a nearby IKEA would be very helpful. Finding the house is a bit difficult, since the sign toward it is small and as green as the plants. Our caretaker came by once to meet us and once to fix the shower.

Un endroit merveilleux

Une maison extraordinaire pour toute une famille. La piscine est très appréciée. La vue des montagnes imprenable. La proximité du magnifique village de Comares est fantastique. Nous recommandons chaudement cet endroit.

Un séjour exceptionnel

Nous étions à la villa Las Palomeras pour la 3ième fois avec toute la famille et c'étaient de nouveau des vacances relaxés: la maison est parfaitement situé avec des vues splendides sur la vallée verte de l' Axarquia. Si on aime la solitude et le silence de la nature, c'est parfait ! La Maison est très bien maintenu et on peut s'adresser à José, Linda et David pour toutes les questions. Merci pour un séjour relaxé. On va revenir !
