Este condominio de vacaciones de tres dormitorios y dos baños en Villas es una unidad final al borde del complejo con excelentes vistas del bosque. En la entrada de este condominio se encontrará en el dormitorio principal, con su cama Queen size y baño privado completo. Si subes a la sala de estar principal, llegas al comedor que está justo al lado de la cocina bien equipada. El salón tiene mucha luz y asientos, cuenta con una gran chimenea de roca. Hay un acceso a la cubierta a través de una puerta corredera de cristal. Ideal para relajarse o hacer barbacoas con su grupo. Hay Wifi y cable en la unidad. La planta baja contiene las dos habitaciones de invitados. Uno con una cama Qeen y el otro con una cama litera doble sobre litera completa. El área de lavandería en este nivel, así como un baño completo compartido. Las comodidades del propietario de la casa incluyeron una piscina, casa club, dos saunas con baños, canchas de tenis y cancha de vóleibol de arena (abierto solo en verano). Cerca de excelentes caminatas, playas públicas, senderos para bicicletas y Tahoe City para restaurantes, tiendas y lugares de entretenimiento. En invierno, está a poca distancia en coche de las estaciones de esquí de Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows y Homewood.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a beautifully appointed condo that could not have fit our needs any better. We only needed 2 bedrooms but this condo had three and beds to sleep 7. The bathrooms were clean and well appointed. The kitchen was a real surprise in that it had good cookware, large serving pieces for multiple diners, adequate dishes and glassware, and although a galley kitchen, we made it work. My only complaint was there was an infestation of carpenter ants. Coming from MS I am used to bugs but felt they could have an extermination company come in to deal with this.

Well-kept, older property; would rent it again

The three bedrooms accommodated four of us, one couple and two single people, easily; it would work well for two couples in two bedrooms and one or two people in the room with bunk beds, depending on their agility. The two bathrooms are basic but fully functional, in particular, with plenty of hot water for our showers. The included nightlights make it easy to get around the night. The kitchen was well-equipped, but if you have kitchen tools you absolutely want to have, bring them (e.g., a Thermapen, in our case). There was a small amount of random pantry items, such as salt and pepper. Cleanup was easy with the provided soap, sponge, dishwasher, etc. The dining/living area was comfortable. The animal heads on the walls lend it some hunting-lodge character. N. Lake Blvd. is nearby, so there is quite a bit of traffic noise if you open windows or go out on the deck. The windows block the noise well, though. To summarize, everything worked well for the four of us on our spring-skiing trip. I would rent this property again.

Very clean, but hard with little kids

Pros: house was clean and had everything we needed. Communication was easy. Cons: windows in kids room were low to the ground, so we had to close them at night for fear of bears, but this made the rooms super hot. Fans would have been great. Also, the property is near a busy street, so very noisy. Staircase is a hazard for littles, so would have appreciated warning. Wi-Fi did not work.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are animal heads and antlers everywhere. Temperature is hard to get right. Turned on the heat because it was cold on 1st floor, but too hot upstairs. WiFi was turned off at midnight and I thought it was just a glitch. Never came back on, we couldn’t call to let them know because we had no phone access. I was also never emailed a confirmation so didn’t have code to get into property. I had to go drive back to office to get code as phone I didn’t have internet access. The sheets in one of the room was musty, I think the room was not used so they didn’t make up the bed. We also were left dirty underwear in top drawer.

Awesome! Just a few too many animal heads.

I saw the pictures, but I didn’t realize just HOW MUCH taxidermy this place has. Not my cup of tea. But otherwise a lovely stay and would recommend if that doesn’t bother you.

Perfect family getaway

We had a very good experience staying at Mak’s place in Tahoe City. The communication with O’Neal’s property management was very good. The condo is a 5 minute drive to shops and restaurants. Getting into the condo from the parking lot was very easy. The condo was super clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We would stay again.
