Super cute and spacious town home. Everything we needed and more. Close to excellent restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shop Clean, comfortable, and spacious for our family of five with three teenagers. Great vibe, walkable eclectic neighborhood, and great communication with hosts.

Beautiful home and perfect for our stay

The house was extremely clean and exactly as the listing described. The hosts were WONDERFUL! The location was right around the corner from a lovely pastry shop as well as a great restaurant for breakfast.

Clean, modern house in quiet neighborhood

I had a wonderful time in Buffalo and felt right at home. Dan and Melissa were very kind and super helpful with recommendations of their favorite places around town. Look forward to staying again!

Bills game stay

What a great house! We came into Buffalo for the bills game. Daniel was very responsive in his communication and even let us check in early on Saturday. The house was perfection. Very, very clean and had all the amenities that you could ask for! Highly recommend!

Couldn't have been more perfect!

This stay was amazing. The house is exactly as pictured and the description is completely accurate. I stayed 2 nights with a long-time friend from Buffalo. * Very Clean * Excellent amenities / well equipped * Comfortable mattresses * Great communication with host(s) with quick response * Excellent location * Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors who took the time to say hi and some even chatted for a few minutes. * Easy check-in and check-out process * Felt very safe * Reasonable house rules that didn't impact our stay at all * Amazing fast Wi-Fi with great Smart TV I go to Buffalo 3-4 times per year to visit friends. Will definitely make this my go-to place (if available). Highly recommend.

A great stay

A group of 3 couples and 1 extra friend were in the Buffalo area for a wedding and found this great place to stay. The check in process and communication with the owner was very simple and the property was very clean with cute shops right on the corner. The house itself was a welcoming environment and just what we needed.

Amazing! Clean

This place is super clean and has parking which is huge since street parking is hard to come by. Super safe and easy to get in. Cute lights in the backyard with a grill so you can hang out. Beds were comfy and air conditioning got cool which is always nice. Had blackout curtains which was nice to sleep in during the summer. Amazing! Would be back. Close to Niagara Falls (20min) and downtown Buffalo has cute coffee shops. Only 10 min from the casino. Hosts were super nice and responsive but we didn’t have any issues! Had everything but hand towels for the kitchen!!

Bills Destroy Patriots Weekend

Very nice property and stay. Everything worked out great. Owner was extremely responsive to our minor questions. The upstairs gets much warmer than the downstairs, but that was probably a function of the outside temperature being below 10! We loved it and hope to come back.

Great rental in Buffalo!

Our experience could not have been better! We were attending our son's wedding in Buffalo, and this was the perfect rental property. Convenient to most events in town, it provided spotless, comfortable, and beautifully appointed accomodations. Our communications with Daniel, the owner, were always prompt and cordial. He was a real pleasure to deal with! This property will always be our top choice for future visits to Buffalo. Thank you for making our stay so pleasurable!

Wedding weekend stay

This property was perfect to use for the weekend of my wedding. The first night my bridal party stayed and got ready in the morning- plenty of room for 7 of us and the property is newly renovated so it was perfect for our getting ready pictures. The property owners were amazing at communicating, even when our hair stylist blew a fuse they were able to help with the problem over the phone within a few minutes of contacting them since we weren’t able to get to the circuit breaker. They also were so easy going and understanding about having all of my vendors there the morning of and releasing the address ahead of time for them. I 100% recommend this place and would stay here again!

Beautifully furnished & well-equipped home from home

Tastefully done, comfortable and spacious property, the perfect base for our family to explore Buffalo and visit Niagara Falls. We were impressed at every turn by the thoughtful details, and our kids loved running around in the garden. Some great amenities nearby, though we did keep to the house & garden mostly with the little ones. Would definitely recommend.
