This huge luxury designer-furnished townhouse is oceanside and a short walk to the beach. This property sleeps 14 and has a swimming pool that is shared by a small community. This unit is within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The community is next to Nick's Original House of Ribs and Ponzetti's Pizza. Situated in North Ocean City near the Delaware line the unit is centrally located between the Delaware Beaches and Downtown Ocean City.

We had a fantastic stay at the Luxury Ocean Block Townhouse! The location is absolutely perfect — just steps from the beach, which made it so easy to go back and forth with kids and beach gear. The townhouse itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, comfortably accommodating our large group of 14.

Great Location

The location was wonderful. The place was pretty modern and well equipped. Great for kids and grandkids. Only negative was the garage door openers need some work and be prepared to hoof a lot of stairs during your stay.

Location was great! House was good for our purpose and grandkids loved it. That said, the rental was little dated/run down. Some mattresses were older. Only living room TV worked. Bedrooms and beds differed from website. Overall, fun family vacation close to beach.

Wonderful location for a perfect getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, only a few steps away from the beach, dinning, and mini golf. The house had plenty of room and was overall clean.

Enjoyable

We enjoyed the 2 master bedrooms available. Proximity to beach was good even with a 4 year old. The pool was used several times. Communication with host was very good.

The property was very nice, although the owner needs to update his website and information. There was a different bedroom configuration, different from the one on the website, so we had to go out and purchase double bed sheets at the last minute. This was very inconvenient and costly. Also, there was two TV's in the bedrooms that did not work. The neighbors were playing music until 2:00 am. We had two small children and it was difficult to sleep. Otherwise, it was a nice place.

Lots of room

This unit was multilevel so kids of different ages could be sleeping on different levels - this really helped to accommodate afternoon rest times and different bedtimes n The location is great - north ocean city is a great place to stay - not very crowded on beach. The owner was super responsive - all questions answered promptly - very pleasant to work with both before and during vacation.

Perfect House for Group Vacation

This property was perfect for our girls weekend! The beds were so comfortable, lot of bathrooms for getting ready and no one was ever waiting for a shower, very quick walk out to the beach, the common area could easily fit all 13 of us, had a 3 car garage so we didn't have to worry about finding other parking. Jeff was quick to respond with any questions we had. Would highly suggest for any group or family vacation!

Family beach vacation

The place had a lot of room for six adults and 4 children under the age of 10. Nice big bedrooms. Only suggestion we would make would be a couple of comfortable chairs beside the couch Owner was awesome. Any question or concern he took care of it right away. Highly recommend!

North Ocean City Condo

The condo in North Ocean City was very comfortable for our large group. Easy access to a lovely beach was fantastic. My biggest frustration was not unique to this condo but to all rental properties on the MD Eastern Shore and Delaware where they don't provide linens and (as we found out late) pillows. This is an extra hassle and expense that I have not run into in other parts of the country.

Great location!

We loved this town house. The location is great..short walk to beach, restaurants, golf, etc. The pictures dont do it justice. Its bigger than we thought it would be and was well stocked. The only issue we had was our Taho was a tight fit in the garage but we made it. Also, lots of stairs. The young ones didnt have a problem. Lol We all are in agreement that we would love to go back next summer if it is available. Thanks for a fun week.

Townhouse

We enjoyed our stay in the townhome. The location was great and we loved the 3 car garage. Jeff was great to work with and responsive when I had questions. My only complaint was there were minimal cooking supplies (no baking sheets or Pyrex dishes). I’m wondering if they disappear over time with various renters. Also, we had to go to the dollar store to buy over the door hooks for bath towels. Other then those small details we enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for leaving a review of our vacation home. We do start the season with a full complement of kitchen supplies and I will need to check with the cleaning crew to see what is missing including the towel hooks

Four bedroom townhouse in North Ocean City

This is the 2nd time we've stayed in this unit and enjoyed it a lot. Nice to have a three car garage to park cars and stow beach gear. Not going to lie, there's a lot of stairs, but the four bedrooms and 3-1/2 bathrooms are nice, the living room and balconies are great for relaxing. Overall, our stay was wonderful. Close to eateries, mini-golf, laser tag, arcade, etc. Even had time to enjoy the pool, which we had to ourselves. Nicks Ribs is literally 20 yards away and has live music everyday from 5-8 in the open air bar area. Ponzetti's pizza, Fractured Prune donuts, and a very nice deli are just a block away and a quick walk. The beach is a little bit of a walk, like 200 yards, so not awful. We used a wagon, which made it easy.

Perfect for what we wanted

There is nothing negative to say. Plenty of space for 10, comfortable beds, large kitchen and great amenities. Some wear and tear on the floors and the sofa is aged, but it’s a rental property and didn’t affect us at all. The garage doors were rough and became jammed upon opening. We fixed it and opened them slowly afterwards. Only negative is no view of an ocean or a side street. Just of a parking lot and the main drag. Most of us didn’t mind, but again it’s exactly what we expected. Loved the price, the easy walk to the beach, the three car garage, the layout. Would stay again if some people in our party didn’t want an ocean view.

Thank you for leaving this review. I am glad that you had a great stay in our unit in Ocean City. As noted in our listing we do not have an ocean view. That being said, we are a short walk to the beach with the unit located on the beach side of Coastal Highway..

Not ideal

The location was great but it was difficult to find. The kitchen table had smudges and food stuck on it. The kitchen floor also had spots that were not cleaned up. Only the tv in the living area worked. There was a large spider web in the bathroom and when we pulled out the sleep sofa there was all kinds of crumbs hair bands and other debris. The refrigerator also had melted ice cream bits in the freezer. I would have liked to give a better rating but I just can't. Also in the info it stated one of the bedrooms had a double and 2 twins. Turned out it was two doubles. So when you have single people it makes a difference for sleeping arrangements and the type of sheets you need to order. We will not be staying here again.

I am a small business owner and CPA and I grew up visiting my Aunt and Uncle in Ocean City in the 1970's. My Uncle was a developer and built many of the first Ocean front condo buildings north of the Carousel. At the time there were nothing but empty dunes north of 120th street. I always wanted to own a property in Ocean City and when a childhood friend developed this Condo property (8 total units) I decided to buy it. I hope that you enjoy your stay in Ocean City and create great memories like I have from my youth.

This property is on the ocean side of Coastal Highway and a short walk to the beach without having to cross the highway. This property can sleep up to 14 but I would suggest no more than 8 to 10 adults based on the layout of the rooms. This is one of the few properties that offer a pool that are not high rise condos. The unit has a three car garage but note that large trucks will be tight and you may want to park a large vehicle on 144th street.

There is a rental stand when you come out to the beach on the left if you want to rent beach chairs and umbrellas.
There are a number of restaurants within walking distance of the unit including Nicks Ribs, Ponzetti's Pizza, Fractured Prune. Lizzie's Cafe and Bistro (higher end restaurant), Delmarva Boil Company etc. In addition, there is mini golf and a movie theater (reclining seats) across Coastal Highway and several ice cream shops within walking distance.
