Easy access by highway BR 101 to beaches north and south of Ubatuba. Bakeries, supermarkets and pharmacies nearby. The apartment is equipped with 32 inch TV. , fridge, stove, microwave, blender, 2 fans, basic kitchen appliances and a parking space. Good for couples, families with children or small groups of friends.
