This resort-style condominium is family owned/operated, in the channel and is within walking distance to...EVERYTHING!
We just updated our unit to sleep 6 people comfortably!

During the day keep your boat or jet ski on the beach for easy access or parked in the secured/gated parking lot. All new furniture is vacation-themed and sets the mood for a great stay at what is arguably the best address in Lake Havasu City.

Our condo has a water view, a big patio which is great for hanging out with family & friends, BBQing, and watching boats cruise through the channel!
The master suite has a california king bed, a big closet with mirrored doors, a TV with cable and DVD player, and a private full sized bathroom with shower/tub and a new stackable washer and dryer.
The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed, nightstand, (2) full over full sized bunk beds with memory foam mattresses and mirrored closet doors with its own bathroom across the hall.
The kitchen has a flattop oven, a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker as well as cups, plates, pots, pans plus all the comforts of your home. We recently added a new kitchen island that provides more seating, storage and counter space.
The living room has NEW 65” smart flat screen TV! Which you can watch from an upgraded large and comfortable sofa.
We also just added a solid Oak wall unit that contains a luxurious queen size bed in addition to another closet for storing clothes and three drawers.
Play in the channel on the beach, or relax in the heated pool, this condo has everything you need for your next vacation in Lake Havasu!

Our unit is also wheelchair accessible!
We also welcome pets for and added fee.

Please try to avoid check in/check out on Saturdays.
Pets allowed $50 per night. Per Homeowners Association 25 pound maximum

Great rental. Easy with plenty of parking. Easy access to channel and local attractions. Owner was easy to deal with and very easy and informative. Rooms were very large and second room had vary large beds. We had four people and could have easily handled more with plenty of room to move around. Outside patio is extremely large and accommodating.

This property is badly in need of several upgrades. The furniture is very substandard, especially the patio furniture. the unit wasn't up to our standards of cleanliness.

So worst VRBO rental I’ve ever had!!!! At first the host allowed us to get in a hour early and was ok then the unit was not ready/cleaned yet. Had to wait and smelled funny after the normal check in time of 4pm. Once getting in fully we see fruit flys everywhere in the kitchen and bathrooms. Contact host right away - (Host - run water in the drains they will go away) Fruit flys are from food and not cleaned drains!!!! They don’t just go away with water!!! The place is completely destroyed party unit and tons of issues. Couldn’t get a place anywhere because of Cat Fest weekend - VRBO refunds 70 wow had to stay and Host goes MIA on text or messages to fix bugs. Had to buy bug spray and only stayed as we needed. Host offers full refund on message and text - nada!!! So enjoy the motel 6 vs this unit!!!!!

This condo is a great place to stay for groups. Plenty of sleeping spaces without having to overflow onto an air mattress. Lots of seating for dining both indoors and outdoors. Kitchen has all the basics. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

The pool was nice to sun used it twice . Tv we were not able to get to work. Garbage disposal was out but was replaced in a couple of days. coffee machine did not work but was replaced toward end of stay. Place is nice and spacious Patio area is very nice but not private. Nice view of the London Bridge. Without a working TV I would not stay there again.
