For the months of January February and March 2021, you must rent for one or more entire calendar months. No partial month rentals during this period. Voted Best Water Front Condo in Lake Havasu. Great London Bridge view with channel walking path directly in front of condo. Condo is located on the second floor with unobstructed views overlooking the water in the channel. All amenities including stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, microwave, blender, fully stocked kitchen, BBQ, flat screen TV in living room and each bedroom. King bed in master bedroom and queen bed in second bedroom along with a queen sized pull out sofa bed for guests located in the living room. All linens and towels provided.

Close to everything you'll need during your stay. Anyone who has stayed with us has booked again and again. Unit has blackout curtains and plantation shutters throughout. Since our unit is on the second floor, it allows for privacy and the best view at Kings View Condos with just a short stairway to the beach.

Supplied in the unit is toilet paper, trash bags, laundry soap, dish washing soap, paper towels, clean sponges, board games, poker chips and playing cards. TVs in every room along with DVD players in the lving room and master bedroom.

Pool overlooking the channel and the famous Bridgewater channel just steps away. Really....literally just steps!!!

Walk across the street to the best restaurant in Havasu called Cha-Bones. IHOP for breakfast is right across the street or take the boat across the lake for great lake view dining or walk over the famous London Bridge for breakfast or lunch at Makai's. There's also Javalina Cantina, Shugru's or Barley Brothers overlooking the Bridgewater channel for lunch or dinner and drinks.

Get a sandwich at Fat Sub. Bad Dog sports bar is just up the road. Rosatti's Pizza, Del Taco and In-N-Out are all across the street. English Village shops, coffee, pizza, ice cream or Burgers by the Bridge for lunch, whatever you need. No place in Lake Havasu beats this location. Quiet, relaxing balcony for reading or enjoying the spectacular view. Boat rentals at Action Adventure is within walking distance located directly under the London Bridge.
