CALDERA THEROS VILLAS

Caldera Villas Theros Concept is a complex of three villas ideal for relaxation and isolation. In a fenced area of ​​4 acres the stone-built villas are placed steplessly giving them unobstructed views to the sea and complete privacy. Their aesthetics, inspired by elements of traditional architecture and interiors with boho touches, make up a setting of summer escape. They have a courtyard with swimming pool, dining room, barbecue, wood oven and garden with aromatic plants.

A special feature is the afternoon relaxation area, a sunset oriented wooden platform. Each villa has three bedrooms, two on the floor with a shared bathroom and one bedroom on the ground floor with its own bathroom inside the room. At the same level there is the main space with lounge, fireplace, dining room and fully equipped kitchen that has access to the guests wc and a small warehouse. The villas feature a central cooling-heating system, security systems, tv 42'', free wi-fi. Access to the villas and the complex is done with unique code available at the time of booking. Villas are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The nearest beach is 1 km away. Outside of the complex just 500 meters away, there is a snack bar with morning snacks and coffee. Within 3km there is Hersonissos beachfront settlement where you can find restaurants, café-bars, supermarket, a pharmacy and a doctor's office. Heraklion International Airport is 20 km away. Some interesting activities are the Aquarium of Crete - Thalassokosmos at a distance of 9.20km, the Golf of Crete at 6.25km, the wild beach of Sarandari 3.00km and the picturesque settlement of Ano Hersonissos 3,00km.
