Ideal place for those seeking tranquility to go to the beach without relying on a car.
Common area with swimming pool and barbecue. (The use of the barbecue must be previously scheduled with the caretaker)
Garage: 1 covered parking space and 1 discovery (under the caretaker's guidance)
