Our gem is close to beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, parks, biking, water sports. You’ll love the condo because of the close proximity to the heart of Old Naples! We are just 4 easy blocks from the beach, and 50 steps from the center of Old Naples.. We are the perfect spot for business travelers, and families (with kids), and, the perfect place for a family/couples/girls get-away!

Guests can call me anytime!

There are so many restaurants, bars, shops, and things to do! We are just steps from 5th Ave., and just a short stroll to the beach. Grocery stores are very close!

Guests have access to the community pool, laundry room, and outside grill. Enjoy!

Freshly renovated from top to bottom, this condo is so light and airy! Two queen beds are inviting and comfortable, and there is ample closet space to store everything. This is a true find, and so close to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

Although you may have a car, Downtown Naples is so walkable! There are many shops/restaurants/bars/stores within a few blocks of our place. We also offer 2 bikes for our guests to use, making a quick trip to the grocery store much more fun!

The laundry is coin operated, with each load costing $1.00. Bring your quarters.

Perfect Condo!

It is the perfect place in the perfect location. Walking distance to beach, shopping and great restaurants. Everything you would need is in the condo--and there is a sweet pool in the yard.

Delightful stay

The property is in a really central and convenient location but still remains peaceful and quiet. We found the property to be spotlessly clean and with a lovely décor. Maximum use had been made of the available space and we could not find fault, We would happily stay again

The condo is well located--close to the beach and restaurants. It is well appointed, and the kitchen well equipped. Overall, it's comfortable and welcoming. And, the owner is very responsive.

Great place in a great location

This is our third time vacating in Naples and the location of this property can't be beat as it's in the heart of Naples (5th Ave S.) and a short walk to the beach. This completely updated unit is great for up to four people. Host was great to work with and I would not hesitate to stay here again and hope to do so. If looking to stay in the heart of Naples and close to the beach this is the place to stay.

Comfortable, well furnished, and welcoming

Our stay at Essex House was very pleasant. The unit is well furnished, comfortable, and light-filled. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking and dining, and the beds are comfortable. The laundry and gas grill are easily accessible and well kept. Also, Betsy, the owner, is very responsive. We liked it so much we've already booked to return!

Great place in wonderful location

The property is perfectly located in one of the best Naples areas of 5th avenue and just a short walk away from the beach. Inside, the property was tastefully decorated and thoughtfully designed. The rooms were comfortable and cozy, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of beach fun. The fully equipped kitchen allowed our family to prepare any meals we wanted, and the living area was perfect for lounging and unwinding with a book or a movie. Having pool next door was also very handy when we needed to relax. Betsy was exceptionally hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. Her attention to detail and responsiveness to our inquiries or requests were greatly appreciated!

A mixed experience

First of all, the location is fantastic. It is walking distance from all of the 5th Ave amenities and close to the beach and 3rd St. As well. And Betsy is a lovely owner and very helpful. But the apartment has serious limitations that renters should know upfront. As follows: There is virtually no water pressure in the bathroom, which makes using the sink or shower a real chore. There is no real refrigerator. Rather there are a cool drawer and a freezer drawer, but they are so shallow that you cannot stand up a bottle of milk or wine. Very inconvenient if you planned on cooking in. There is no real oven, rather some sort of convection oven as part of the microwave. Who has time to figure that out? Also no dishwasher. Not encouraging if you enjoy cooking. Finally although trivial there were actually no large cooking pots. Nothing to cook pasta in. So be warned there are major tradeoffs.

Great condo in the heart of Old Naples! Betsy, the owner, was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had very promptly. The condo was well appointed and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend this rental!

Cute Condo, AMAZING location!

We had a fantastic stay here with family! Location is excellent. Wonderful restaurants right around the corner, and an amazing gelato shop steps away! We walked to the beach every evening to float in the gorgeous sunset. The pool was also refreshing and convenient. This condo has been renovated since it’s last reviews! They had everything we needed in the kitchen, etc. we had a few issues in the beginning getting things to work, TVs, WiFi, lights, etc. Nothing that a welcome packet would fix. Overall wonderful stay!! Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful location for Olde Naples. Charming and comfortable condo; gracious and attentive owners.

This condo was a delightful surprise. Charming decor and all up-to-date kitchen, bath and furnishings. Perfect location for Olde Naples and exploring 5th Avenue's shops and restaurants but delightfully quiet at night. First floor most convenient. I recommend it for a single, couple and up to 2 guests. Any questions were promptly answered by the owners. A great place to rent for a special time in Olde Naples.

Great place!

Everything about this place was great! It is the cutest place, with the best location! (All my friends brought their friends to come see my place.) It is a beautifully decorated condo, well organized, quiet, clean, and bright. You can walk to the beach, Wynn's grocery store, CVS, 5th Avenue, and 3rd St. Betsy was wonderful, and quickly answered all questions. I really hope that I will be able to go back next year.

Supernice place

First of all - a good host is important. Betsy followed up all our questions within few hours. The apartment is clean, and nice. It has a quiet location where you can sleep well, after dining in the nice and busy 5 th avenue. The beach is really close. The pool is clean and we had it all to our selves most of the days. Totally recommend this place.

Born and raised in Ohio (go Buckeyes!), our family loves to get away to warmer climates. After my dad escaped Ohio and relocated in Naples, my husband and I decided to invest in a property close to him. When my grandmother's condo became available, we made the decision to purchase, renovate, and use it as our escape! In fact, we loved the location and the adventure of owning a rental property so much, that we bought another - this sweet 2 bedroom!

We aren't ready to move. So - we rent our condo out, and use it when we can! It's that simple.

I'm not exaggerating when I say that this is THE PERFECT spot! 5th Ave. is just steps away, restaurants are everywhere, there are so many options for entertainment and nightlife, and it's totally walkable! It really doesn't get better than this!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

In my opinion, our condo is the perfect little get-away. It's small enough that it creates a simpler way to vacation, but big enough that it doesn't feel cramped! Business travelers find it to be the perfect size and location! Airy, comfortable, modern, inviting - all words that I would use to describe our little gem!

Do you want to go out? Then go out and enjoy an amazing restaurant! Do you want to stay in? Then buy some fresh fish and crisp veggies at the weekend market, and cook in! Either way, it will be perfect!
