This brand new custom design 4 level loft is located in the very heart of Palermo Soho. The home features 3 spacious bedrooms, 4 full luxurious bathrooms, large open living room along with it's 2 separate private terraces as well as it's very own private BBQ level terrace with outside dining. All within a few blocks in this classic architectural classic building you will find Plaza Armenia, Don Julio Parilla and the very best in cafe's, restaurants, shops and nightlife. This home was just completed in 2020 with everything in it brand new and ready for larger groups and families to join us.

Perfect location!

This is hands down one of my favorite VRBOs to date! The location was absolutely perfect, walking distance to everything. Great rooftop balcony to hang and plenty of space. It was clean and check in was super easy. I’ll definitely be reaching out to Barry again when we return!

We had a nice visit. Great location. Be prepared for some noise with the 24 hour McDonalds next door and the refrigerator sounded alarms at night. Lots of space and close to everything.

An elegant oasis

This apartment is gorgeous. From the rooftop deck to the high end kitchen, every space is beautiful. The location is fantastic - we could walk to restaurants (Sarkis was our favorite) and cafes. The hosts we welcoming and extremely helpful

Perfect Location, Wonderful Hosts

We stayed in Palermo Soho Jewel for 5 weeks, April-May. The home was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. Getting to food, restaurants, bars, everything was super easy. We walked everywhere and had some of the most amazing food. We didn't get to use the top decks as much as we would have liked because Argentina was having a record setting heat wave and being outside wasn't pleasant the first couple of weeks. The last three weeks were better and we did use it a little more. The cleaning staff was superior. One thing to be aware of is the stairs that have no hand rail. I loved the look and we managed fine, but it might be tricky for older people and children. Behind the house is a McDonald's; though not a real problem, it did take away from the scenery a bit. There seems to be ways to block that and it looks like the owners maybe working on that. The SHOWERS WERE THE BEST WE HAD EVER EXPERIENCED. The water pressure was fabulous. We fell in love with our home away from home and did not want to leave. For anyone considering, we highly recommend this location and Barry and Coco as a team.

From our 3 spacious bedrooms, 4 custom designed full bathrooms, or private BBQ terrace deck to enjoy a Parilla and outdoor dining to our own private rooftop deck to take in some sun, relax, listen to music, taking in sun or simply taking in the great city views after enjoying a your day in this great city.

The entire home is filled with local original art from some of your favorite artists in the area.
