Mareazul is a first world vacation rental concept "Resort Living". Located only 3 km from Playa del Carmen all units are beach accessible.
Mareazul Resort has a huge Infinity pool, with Jacuzzi sections, and is less than 200 meters walk through green path walks and pools that would take you to Mareazul beach.
The resort amenities are among others *Gym with dressing and lockers area, *massage rooms, Zen zone areas to read and relax, Lobby, convenience store, concierge front desk, just a short walk to an 18 Holes Golf Course designed by Nick Price, (additional cost). Massive open spaces for walking and exercise all around the resorts.

Perfect family getaway

Our family visited for spring break. The condo was exactly as described, and awesome. The property manage was very communicative, and accommodating. The overall property was perfect for a family getaway. The pool is bigger than pictured. They even added a trampoline and play set during our stay. The security on the property was great. They even helped take our trash out on the last day! We will definitely be back for another visit.

Excellent beautiful place

Great apartment in a beautiful condo. Nice furniture and comfortable. We are a family of five with teenage kids, we didn’t select an all inclusive hotel because we knew we wanted to focus in the tours and activities the area has to offer so we would be out most of the days. Mareazul has great amenities swimming pool is huge, and the beach is great! We are actually sorry we couldn’t be there to enjoy it more. Service at restaurants is good at a moderate prize. Employees at the front desk were of great help giving information and helping us get in contact with xcaret tour operators to select the activities we wanted to do with special Discounts. The small convenience store on site has everything you could need. The only thing the apartment needs is more kitchen ware and maybe more towels and extra bed covers because air conditioner gets chilly. I totally recomend this place. Would come back any time!

Bien equipado y con salida a la playa. Lindo apto. Amplio e iluminado. Condominio ideal para niños y familias. Importante reponer algunas cucharas de cocina que están deterioradas.

We had a wonderful time here! It was very tranquil. Pool is huge and so close to the beach. Unfortunately, during this time of year, there is seaweed on the beach, so we couldn’t enjoy it that much. Overall, it was a beautiful place to stay. Lots of amenities!.

Great property

We really enjoyed our stay at MareAzul. The property was very nice and clean. We felt very safe and secure at this property. We enjoyed dinners and lunch at the onsite restaurant. The kids really loved the pool and the beach was clean a gorgeous. The sunsets here were stunning. The apartment was very spacious for our family. We would stay here again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is exactly as pictured. We stayed for a month, working remotely, internet was good, only had two minor interruptions. Did not stop work. Mgmt staff, Jasmine and Kristin were very helpful. Kristin went above & beyond attempting to help me get a package releases from Mexican customs. The freezer was not freezing when we arrived, contacted Jasmine and repair person was there the same day. DW died, was replaced in two weeks. Fairly certain this took a bit due to pandemic and supply chain shortages. Location was great for us, we were working remotely, watched the sunrise and walked the beach every morning. $40 beach massage-bonus! Chiropractor on site- he’s fantastic. Mini-mart is well stocked. Two restaurants convenient and delicious. Only complaint- king size bed was like sleeping on the floor. Very hard. We bought an additional mattress pad to try to help. Other beds were comfortable. We would stay in this location again.

Beautiful place. I was able to walk to the beach And has full access, very safe neighborhood, Had a mini store by the front desk,had a restaurant with amazing food and smoothies on the resort. However, the restaurant didn’t open early and because it was really safe, it was hard for outside transportation to come in

Mareazul is the nicest beachfront development in Playa del Carmen and both the water and sand could not have been more inviting. The grounds and pool are well maintained and the pool side restaurant is convenient with great food. Effortless check-in, help with my bags and excellent security made the visit even better. I will be back!
