The apartment is located a few minutes walk from the Croisette, the Palais des Festivals and beaches.

The apartment of 65 m2 has the originality private garden (shaded southern exposure) with various shrubs and trees.

The large private enclosed garden is very safe for young children. The garden is a large playground.

1 parking lot and secured with direct entry to the apartment from the garden (private door).

The entrance to the building is secured by open magnetic key and intercom, parking barrier by opening 'BIP'

The apartment consists of a large bedroom and an open living room with door to the garden, a smaller room overlooking the side garden (with window only), fitted kitchen (with direct views of the hill California, and so it must be that one that cooking is a benefit), bathroom with toilet, small local washing machine, cupboard.

There is a sleeping 2 people in the large room (small beds), 2 people in the lounge and 2 in the last room (double bed).

1 cot and highchair are also available.

2 large wardrobes allow full clothes storage.

An outdoor seating is available to enjoy the garden and terraces (table, 6 chairs and 2 deckchair)

A perfect place in Cannes

We stayed here for a month in January 2016. This is a wonderful apartment to select for your stay in Cannes.

The apartment is located two short blocks from the main avenue where you can catch the bus downtown, or walk downtown within ten minutes. There is a good food market one block away.

The two bedrooms are fine, and the living/dining room is very large and comfortable. The large yard would be great in summer, with a large table and chairs for patio dining. It is private (very little traffic) with a screened fence and bushes. The living room is air conditioned. All the windows in the living room and one the bedrooms (it`s on the ground floor) open for walking onto the patio. All windows have power lowing metal screens.

The owner is wonderful. We stay in his apartment in Budapest and always find him delightful. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice appartment!

Appartment was exactly as described, location is good - lovely appartment with nice small garden. Owner and represenative at place were helpful and very nice. Good communication. I would deffenetly recomend this to everybody. We had a good holiday. Thank you!

Très belle prestation

Nous avons loué pour une semaine l'appartement avec une famille de 3 enfants

Nous sommes très satisfait la maison est propre et très complet avec beaucoup d'équipement (Bébé)

Bon emplacement au cœur de la ville

Et le plus le propriétaire très sympathique !

En bref nous avons passé Un très bon séjour et espérons y retourné

magnifique appartement ...super séjour

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cet appartement. Tout y est : spacieux, complet, superbement conçu et décoré avec gout. La description de l'appartement est très précise (je dirai plus joli en vrai que sur les photos). La location est très bien entretenue et propre. Le parking et le jardin très appréciables.On pose la voiture et les valises tout est accessible à pied. En plus notre petit fils s'est régalé. Merci pour les petits jouets laissés à disposition. Nous avons pu nous retrouver en famille et recevoir enfants et petits enfants sans problème (espace séjour très spacieux pour les repas de "famille nombreuse")

Je recommande cette location à toutes les familles aussi bien avec des petits enfants que des ados...tout le monde s'y sentira "comme à la maison" .

Accueil très agréable de Véronique .

Un petit barbecue électrique ou une petite plancha serait un plus pour profiter encore plus du jardin.

Pour conclure un très bon rapport qualité/prix : Nous reviendrons .....Merci

Pour ce qui est du barbecue électrique il faut que je me renseigne si nous avons le droit d'n faire dans le jardin, car je sais que les traditionnels sont interdits dans la copropriété et normalement dans toute la ville de Cannes en raison des risques d'incendies. nous allons étudier cela l'été prochain. Bien cordialement.

Bien mais bruyant...

Points forts : un bon contact avec le propriétaire et avec Véronique qui assure l'accueil. Un appartement propre et spacieux. Proximité du centre ville de Cannes (15 min à pied et possibilité de prendre le bus)

Points faibles : la rue est très passante même si elle est petite ce qui rend l'appartement très bruyant. Le niveau sonore a fait que nous avons peu profité du jardin. Chauffage par le sol. Cuisine sous équipée (pas d'économe, ni de cocotte minute, seulement 6 verres basiques, pas de four...)

Au global un séjour plutôt agréable. :-)

Owner's Response: Eh oui l appartement est en centre ville et le niveau sonore de Cannes est assez bruyant. .. mais nous qui y passons le temps au périodes les plus peuplés arrivons a tres bien profiter du jardin et les enfants s'en donne à coeur joie...ATTENTION IL Y A UN CHAUFFAGE CENTRAL MAIS PAS "AU SOL". Pour ce qui est de l'économe quelqu'un a du l'emporter nous l'avions acheté en Août dernier, et pour les verres il y a du y avoir de la casse car tout était en 12 !!!! nous referons bientôt le plein à notre prochain séjour. Dernières choses n oubliez pas le rapport au prix qui pour la qualité de la prestation est excellent : superficie de l appartement, jardin, décoration, internet, parking, équipements, climatisation. ...Je suis très heureux que votre séjour fut agréable.
