Unit 2710 es una de las unidades más hermosas a solo unos pasos de las hermosas playas de arena blanca de azúcar de la isla de Okaloosa. La unidad recientemente renovada en 2020 presenta todos los muebles, pisos, granito, cortinas y mucho más con fabulosas vistas de la hermosa isla de Okaloosa.
Esta unidad del piso superior cuenta con un patio donde disfrutará de vistas de 270 grados del Golfo de México, el sonido de Santa Rosa, el puente de Brooks, los puertos deportivos y más.
La unidad de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños cuenta con un dormitorio y baño en lados opuestos de la cocina y la sala de estar, lo que brinda privacidad para parejas o familias con niños.
La vista al mar es lo primero que ve al entrar a esta unidad visible desde la sala de estar, la cocina y el dormitorio principal. El principal cuenta con una cama king y ventanas de piso a techo.
El gran segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas queen, el área de sala de estar / comedor tiene un nuevo sofá cama queen, 2 cómodas sillas y una mesa de comedor con 4 sillas y cuenta con una amplia cocina que es mucho más grande que la típica cocina de galera de condominio.
Ambas habitaciones tienen grandes armarios, el baño principal tiene lavamanos para él y para ella. Las comodidades incluyen cocina totalmente equipada y actualizada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, 3 televisores de alta definición, Internet inalámbrico gratuito, lavadora y secadora, y ventiladores de techo.

Great Beach Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an absolutely fabulous stay at the Nautilus! Everything was just as described in the description. Some of the things we loved: we loved the that the pool area had lots of things for us to use (floats, noodles, boogie boards, etc); we loved the unit itself because everything was clean and modern and layed out very nicely (we loved that we had a view of both the ocean and the pool because of how the condo was built); the unit was also equipped with everything we needed (some of our favorites were the blender, 2 chairs we could take to the beach to use, a bag to carry to the pool/beach, and beach service which also provided 2 more chairs and an umbrella to use at the beach); we loved the location of the hotel because the area wasn't very busy; and we loved the communication by the office staff before, during, and after our stay. Overall it was a great stay and we hope to return!

We told the office and they were quick to address. All of the indoor furniture was nice and new. The master bed was not very comfortable, but wasn't the worst. The property was clean and everyone that we crossed paths with was pleasant. The newly renovated unit was nice and I'd recommend this unit and the property to others. Hoping we can come back and stay again soon!

I really enjoyed it there but was disappointed where the pool was located.No sunshine on the pool.We had a condo beside us that was pounding at 7 am .Most have been remodeling ..That was frustrating . Overall a relaxed atmosphere on the ocean.

Check in was extremely easy and staff friendly. Couldn’t be closer to the beach. Chairs and umbrella included with rental which was excellent. Property was clean and very comfortable. Will definitely be back.

Needs a deep clean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’m not typically one to give a harsh review of a property but this one has some cleanliness issues that need to be addressed. My biggest complaint is the roaches in the kitchen! We killed at least 20 while we were there. Property management said they would send maintenance but we never saw anyone. We purposely left dead bugs so they could see them in case they came while we were gone, but they were never cleaned up. The whole place needs deep cleaning, baseboards wiped down, cabinets wiped down. Floor needs mopped, my feet were filthy after walking barefoot. Beds were average, could have been better. Needs more bed pillows and extra blankets. Overall decor was nice and furniture was in average shape. We liked location, overall complex was in decent shape. Ample parking. Miguel, who handles chair rentals was wonderful! If it wasn’t for the bug/cleanliness issues this would at least be a 4 - 4.5 star unit.

Beautiful!

The condo was perfect for my husband and I. We wish the ocean had been a tad warmer but that is the only negative we had. Beautiful views from our balcony and easy walk out to beach. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was perfect since we like to pack light. Can’t wait to come back!

Facelift for pictures

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been spending our 20 days vacation in Fort Walton for the past 4 years. We keep trying different properties because most of the apartments/condos in this area are ourdated and infested of cockroaches. Looking at the "Newly renovated" pictures for this apartment we thought we had finally found our place. Unfortunately it was only a"facelift" and behind the beautiful pictures the kitchen was INFESTED with cockroaches: inside the microwave, inside the fridge!! Inside the oven and swimming in my coffee in the morning. I have many pictures. Cleanliness was also terrible!! Hair rolling under beds.Room doors are thin as paper so nobody slept once anybody woke up...Our overall experience was ok though we will have to keep looking.
