excellent unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Corner unit with wonderful view of the beach. Great balcony and easily able to take stairs to unit from parking lot. Unit is well equipped with appliances & nice cookware. Only minor downside was sliding door from living room was stuck but we let the management know. This is our 2nd year at the Nautilus. They were pretty responsive anytime we've had issues. We intend to come back again next year to same unit.

The perfect View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We almost always stay at the Nautilus and it is always perfect! This year was no different! We took a chance and stayed on the second floor this time, usually staying on the 3rd or 4th. I’m so glad we did! This was by far our favorite!!! Loved it and can’t wait to be back!! The management team was also very helpful with any questions we had!!

Jennifer, thank you for the wonderful review! My favorite floor is the 2nd because it is a whole different vibe. You still feel like you are a part of the beach, but have a view! Hope to see you back again soon! Cheryl, GM

Condo was perfect for my elderly parents!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My parents are both in their 80s and they love to be at the beach for vacation. This condo was clean, easy to access, close to the elevator, and faced the ocean. When I told management the Ice maker in fridge was broken, they brought us a bag of ice. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and all rooms were very roomy. The balcony is HUGE and had enough tables and chairs for all four of us to sit and enjoy the sound of the waves and view of the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third year in a row staying in this unit and we will be back next year. We love the location and ease of access to beach and pool. We have a toddler and it’s easy for them to get around. The staff is super friendly, they speak every time you pass them. The only recommendations I have are very minuscule, I think the washing machine needs to be cleaned, there is some mildew built up. Also, there were two roaches on the balcony(honestly not sure there is anything that can be done about that.)

Overall nice time- could have been cleaner

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have enjoyed staying here the past couple years. The only hiccup this stay was that the condo did not appear to be cleaned very well before we arrived. The floors were dirty, and things had not been dusted in awhile. Housekeeping was gone for the day when we got there, but the property manager offered to send them the next morning. We ended up finding a vacuum cleaner in the condo and took care of the floors ourselves, and we were refunded $100. Overall we had a nice trip and hope to be back if the cleaning issue is resolved.

Worst condo I have ever stayed in!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is advertised as a luxury condominium with luxury prices. However it was not very clean. In addition it had bugs coming from the baseboards. When I spoke to the front desk one of the girls in the office informed me we do have bugs in Fl. Left 5 days early due to bugs, contacted them several times for a refund and they just kept blowing me off. Stay far far away. If I could give zero stars I would.

A hidden gem!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time to stay at the Nautilus, and it only confirmed this will be our go-to place when we come to the beach! The condo was very clean, amazing view, very friendly staff, the grounds were clean, the location is great as you’re close enough to all the popular places, but far away enough to avoid lots of traffic and crowds if you want to. Highly recommend!
