Great location

Great location, easy walk to historic downtown. Easy booking process, great communication with the owners. The apartment looks just as it was portrayed in the pictures.

My husband and I had a great first experience in St. Augustine particularly due to this amazing property. It was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, everything you could think of needing they have and it is a short walk from downtown. You cannot go wrong staying here! We loved it and hope to return!

My siblings and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The owners were very nice and responsive when you needed them. The details in the apartment really takes you to another place. Very clean and you’re close to everything!

Birthday vacation

While looking through rentals, I found that this property, as well as Bill and Mary, had recieved excellent reviews and feedback. After my experience, I must say that everything lived up to expectations. The place was perfect, communication was smooth, and the location made traveling around the area very easy. If you're in St. Augustine, I strongly recommend this one.

Fabulous accommodations!!!

Beautiful upstairs apartment! Everything was provided, nothing was forgotten!! We wish we didn’t have to move our son in to college or we would have never left the house. Will rent again!

Beautiful apartment in St. Augustine!

Casa de Flora is a lovely apartment in St. Augustine. It was just amazing!! The 2 bedroom Floridian apartment is beautifully appointed and had everything we needed and much, much more. It was just perfect for our visit. Our hosts were very attentive and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you!!

A Little Piece of Heaven

My husband and I spent 3 glorious weeks in Casa de Flora "C". The unit was decorated elegantly, comfortably and was immaculate, and also well equipped with all the extras! The property location was fantastic, walking distance to historic downtown and the many restaurants. Better than a 5 star hotel...highly recommend...thank you Maryann and Bill :)

Beautiful condo with amazing attention to detail

I stayed here with my finance and his adult daughter and it was great! So clean. Amazing details throughout this modern yet vintage feeling apartment. Beds are very comfy. The kitchen is beautiful. The owner really thought of everything as far as details. I love that it is away from the noise and business of downtown but still walkable. Would stay here again anytime!!

So much better than we thought!

This is a beautiful property! So clean and everything you could need. The beds are so so comfortable! Open deck upstairs is awesome for hanging out. You can't beat the location. You can walk to so many of the sites and the shops. Easy to hop on the trolley, too. The owner had great communication. She was so sweet and left a surprise goodie and a welcome note. We'll be back!

Beautiful Casa de Flora

We found this little place (Casa de Flora)last minute! Believe me when I say the pictures do no justice(everything was exactly the way it was pictured). My daughter was amazed at the different types of coffee makers :). This is an amazing little place to stay, very clean, very quiet and in walking distance to downtown St Augustine. We had no issues at all. We loved everything about the apartment and we will be returning!! Thank you Mary Ann for everything.

St Augustine Vacation

What an absolute gem of a property. This place was so charming that my wife couldn't even believe how adorable it is the moment we walked in. This was the most immaculately clean place I have ever stayed. You could eat off the floor.... it's that well kept!!! The 2 beds have different mattress types which is great so you have a choice. Both felt great. The owner is very nice and responds to any questions immediately. The location is prefect and everywhere we went was within 5 to 10 minutes from the condo. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to St Augustine. 5 stars all across the board!!

Delightful get-away in St. Augustine !

Where to start. . ? MaryAnn's place was absolutely perfect in every way. The beauty of the interior -- fashioned with exquisite taste & the finest of materials . Thoughtfully provided kitchen implements & any thing else you could possible need or want. Beautiful & tasteful decor wherever we looked. Loved the vast selection of books and the electric fireplace! Not really walking distance for us to St. Augustine but we really enjoyed exploring the nearby neighborhood's shops & restaurants. (We especially liked our experiences with "The Raintree" & " Cafe L'amore." Maryann was a joy to work with -- so patient & kind. She has put together an awesome opportunity!

Charm & Character Galore

Better than the photos. The owners have thought of every potential need and then some. We felt like we were in a darling French cottage with so much character. Sipping coffee on the sun porch while listening to old records was beyond enjoyable. Beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds, lovely art, classic elegance will make for wonderful memories. It was very cold during our stay so we didn’t get to use the rooftop patio, but it was an adorable spot as well. The only possible negative is that the area could be a bit noisy with loud cars at times. I’m sensitive to noise, but there are so many positives that it was a minor thing. We would happily stay again. Well done Mary Ann and Bill!

Bill and I own the 3 properties located at this address. We have lovingly restored them with the intention of proving an affordable alternative to 5 star hotels. With that in mind we have furnished the apartments with high quality furniture, art work and decor. This property has been in the Napier family since 1976 and was purchased from the original owner with ties to St Augustine going back centuries. The Napier family moved into the house next door at 134 San Marco in 1950 and were great friends with the owner. When he wanted to sell in 1974 he offered it to our family and we’ve owned it since then. For 40 years it was rented full time. In 2017 when the current tenant moved away we decided to bring it back to it’s original beautiful self and change it to a vacation rental. We have maintained the integrity of the original building while updating it to modern standards. We hope that you love it as much as we do.
