There is easy access to boat ramps for those boaties and fishers wishing to access the Coorong waterways, all with the sand dunes at your back door.

The Dunes is the ideal place for the family to drop their bags and immediately submerge themselves in holiday mode, with all the sights, sounds and fresh air a home this close to the beach provides. Sit back in comfort with family and friends, listening to the sound of waves and watching the sun set over the dunes.

This single storey home has a roomy living and dining area, four bedrooms, bathroom & laundry with a second toilet and a well-equipped kitchen. Fully ducted R/C Air conditioning, TV, Chromecast, DVD, Football Table, Board games (all ages), Stereo, Microwave, Coffee Machine, Washing Machine, BBQ, Weber, Outdoor Furniture. Outside has a large covered and paved BBQ entertaining area facing the tranquil sand dunes. The yard is fully fenced and is perfect if you would like your furry friend to join you on your seaside holiday. A generous undercover carport offers protection for multiple vehicles. There is plenty of room for off street under cover parking of boats and trailers.

Enjoy a game of golf at the South Lakes Golf Club, cycle along the Encounter bike way, spend a day at the beach surfing or frolicking in the waves, for those with boats there is easy access, all closely situated to this perfectly positioned property or take a short drive to the many local wineries of the Fleurieu region.
