Ubicada en una calle lateral tranquila en un camino circular, esta versátil casa de tres dormitorios tiene una sala de bonificación en la planta baja y una cocina que la hace ideal para invitar a otra familia a unirse a usted en su próxima visita a Lincoln City.

La entrada del nivel inferior te lleva a una sala de juegos con sofá, TV y futbolín, luego a una sala de medios con un sofá cama Queen. Una habitación de matrimonio contigua a un baño completo, con la cocina y una pequeña mesa de comedor al lado. Arriba encontrará una sala de estar con vista al mar con un gran televisor de pantalla plana y chimenea de gas con muchos asientos. Una mesa de comedor para ocho también tiene vista al Pacífico. We had a great time! The house was in a convenient location and had a beautiful view. The house was not as clean as we hoped when we got there- the twin bed had dog hair on the comforter and sheets. There we also some everyday items missing that would have helped (hand soap, tissues, etc.). Overall it was an awesome time and the house met all our needs and expectations.

Highly recommend this property! Literally seconds to the beach! The house itself was amazing! Well kept and spacious! The host was responsive although there was only one time we had to contact with a question! Beds are comfortable and this house accommodates pets and has a cute dog bath on the side of the home

Our stay was enjoyable, and the view was stunning. We appreciated the outdoor area for washing dogs and felt there was plenty of space for everyone.However, we noticed the floors needed cleaning, as they felt dirty underfoot. Additionally, the carpet downstairs appeared damp and seemed in need of cleaning. Some laundry and dishes we unloaded also looked unclean; certain containers had food residue and mold, and most of the dishes from the cabinets were dirty. There are cameras in the living rooms and that made our family feel very uncomfortable.Overall, I would say that the cleanliness standard was not up to expectations, especially concerning the floors, blinds, vents and dishes. I believe that if we're going to be responsible for loading and unloading laundry and dishes during our stay from the previous occupants, we should not be charged a cleaning fee.

Awesome place to stay

Everything in the home was so neatly in place and clean. The house, especially the kitchen, was so well stocked with anything you could possibly need. Perfect location and awesome view of the ocean from the back porch.

The house is great and accommodating. The basement is cold and there isn’t a thermostat. The only thermostat is upstairs but the vents in the basement periodically pushed (air). Very confusing. I let the Host know and she was wonderful. It didn’t affect our stay because it was warmer than usual in LC. I would only comment that, knowing it’s a house that accommodates at least 6 adults, based on the number of nights the stay is, there should be enough toilet paper and garbage bags to use. We had to buy toilet paper and garbage bags a few days into our stay. We stayed 5 nights. Other than that, everything was great and we would definitely stay again.

And our housekeeping team is actually just about to revamp our supply kits for guests and they will soon include more of everything, including toilet paper and garbage bags. Lovely location. Loved access to the beach. Great views of the ocean. Grateful for a safe place for our doggies to roam. They loved the beach! Some of the furniture could use replacement or a little TLC. Just know that beach access is close but has quite a few stairs (53). Beds were comfy and shower was fabulous. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location and house

Perfect set up for a 2 family vacation. Beach is easily accessed at nearby stairs. Quiet neighborhood, lovely view from patio area. There is no shade so can be hot mid day.

Pleasant get away

Very comfortable well appointed beach house. Great for families as it is close to the beach and there are child oriented puzzles and games. Fenced yard good for pets. Lovely view of the ocean. One drawback for some visitors might be the stairs going into the main house.

memorial weekend

8 adults and 1 baby. there was lots of room and the downstairs "apartment" was awesome.The propane was almost empty for the fire pit, but that was just fine, we were able to have fires on the beach!

This was a three bedroom home that gave our three families plenty of room to stretch out. The kitchen was well equipped and we love the big refrigerator. There's even a second refrigerator downstairs. The weather was perfect and The View is excellent. There is a one block walk to the long stairway down to the beach. We were disappointed that the fire pit is rusted out and doesn't work.

Family time at Coast

Stayed with son and daughter and granddaughter. Lovely time. Wonderful weather. Loved sitting on the deck and watching the sun set. Had everything we needed to cook meals. Watched some Olympics. Played games.

We’ll be back!

We stayed a weekend with just 5 adults, but will be back with our kids some other time. The house is well stocked, clean, and had some surprising amenities that we really appreciated, like a heated floor in the downstairs bathroom. The only thing that could have been better was to have some coffee cups in the downstairs kitchen.

Was a great house there are some stairs but found the stairs out side on side of house easier to go up and down to access the bottom half of house , view AMAZING a lot of space could easily be big enough for two family we were a family of 5 the only issue we had was there was only propane in the grill so had to share tanks for gas fire pit check right away ask to have refilled besides that I will be back to this house with my family it was perfect fit
