Eric was the most attentive fast acting host I’ve ever interacted with! I had a few minor issues that needed attention and he had them fixed before I got home from work the same day! He single handily turned my experience around. Highly recommend any units owned and operated by Eric!

Wonderful studio

I was in town for a tournament and was able to stay in this studio. It was located in a great area, overall my stay was wonderful. I would love to stay here the next time I am in Columbus.

A quick night out of town.

Its a cute room in a giant old mansion. I loved staying near the Short North, full of amazing food and shopping. A trip to Otherworld Ohio was awesome, as well.

Nice little cozy place to stay

Had a little hiccup at the beginning but was resolved super fast. It's a nice, comfy, little place if you are in town and want something quiet. We hardly heard a peep when we were there at night. We will definitely look for this place again when we come back to town.

Great studio near campus

Great apartment for 1-2 people, especially if you’re there for something at the medical campus - easy and pretty 15 min walk. Well-appointed and clean apartment. Also, walking distance to 2 grocery stores, if you’re planning on cooking in for some meals.

A perfect pied a terre!

A well appointed bijou studio. Situated in the heart and groovy soul of the leafy, historical Victorian Village neighbourhood in Columbus. Very comfortable space with every amenity one could need. Also, very responsive and flexible hosts. Will return.

Little city oasis!

Location and price! What can I say they have it in spades. It was charming to be able to wake up and walk for coffee every morning!! The studio is much bigger than anticipated which is perf. If you need a fun place to crash while in cbus this is the spot!!

Perfect location

The studio was exactly as it was in the photos. The location is perfect. I was able to take the bus to most locations and back, there’s a stop right in front of the property and across the street. My only real “complaint” is I wish checkout was later at maybe 11 or 12 like most places, otherwise it was a nice place. It was clean and everything in the apartment worked. I would definitely stay again.

Good place to crash

Great location, if you're just looking for a spot to crash for the weekend this is in walking distance to short North and some other nice bars.4/5 due to paid parking not being in the description. just be fully transparent on all costs, please. Parking is 7 per night. Also, please get a new towel

Main issue: directions for check-in were not sent in advance, and (as discovered later) the owner was on a flight when we actually arrived, making it impossible to check in/drop our stuff off/continue on with other plans for the night. He did reach out when he landed, so we were able to get into the room at like 10:15pm, not great. As an apology, he paid for the 8 parking pass that allows 'residents' to park on the street; I thought he should have comped at least half the night, frankly, so I was kind of pissed but rushing to get things sorted so I could actually go continue my original plans for the stay. Other issues: it's a room in a single building with like a shared hallway/stairwell, pretty classic for some parts of Columbus - the common area reeked of human urine. I have a pretty bad sense of smell, I but most people would choke on it. The listing said a washer/dryer is provided in-unit, but there is a post-it note on the washing machine that says "out of order." The floor in the studio was kind of sticky in spots. The mattress and pillows were the most bare-bones you could find. For reference, I'm using to sleeping on friends' couches.Preference thing: the A/C is mounted directly next to the bed, which I didn't mind but some people might, so heads up you're going to be sleeping into the wind.Pros: it had working electricity and water. Shower head was nice detachable/ok pressure. Great location.

Great location and nice apartment

Cozy accommodation for 1-2. I was in town for a conference and enjoyed walking through the Victorian Village neighborhood on my way back and forth from the Greater Columbus Conference Center. I appreciated the included tiny kitchen and the responsiveness of the host when I asked about a needed kitchen item. The only downside for me was that property is on a busy street and there was a fair amount of traffic noise at certain times, but I'm a light sleeper ane easily roused. I would happily stay in this property again if I'm Columbus.

Too small/old building

Apartment was in a good area and walkable to the short north but very small and bathroom very tiny (especially the shower); also it was cold as there are only two baseboard heating systems that you need to manually control. The bed was ok but definitely need new pillows and towels.

I slept great!

Perfect everything - If I return, I’ll look for this place again ! If you come around here make sure to stop by paulie gees! They are right around the corner, and, if I’m not mistaken, they will win the award for the best vegan pizza in Ohio, but maybe even in “the world.” If you’re spiritually inclined, please visit my dear Godbrothers and Godsisters in our Krishna House temple on west 8th avenue just 5 blocks stroll from 1076 neil avenue the “vrbo-paradise.” hare krishna! Nice cozy place

Difficulty at check-in was vrbo's fault. Something was preventing emails from getting through. Once we switched to text, he was very helpful, answered immediately, even talked me through how to get free parking which is nightmarish in Columbus, which is all metered even residential. Overall it was exactly what I needed, which was a place to crash after long days at a convention.
