The Esplanade has to be one of the best holiday home rentals in Marion Bay. Come and enjoy the almost 360 degree views of full ocean frontage from Hillocks Point to Kangaroo Island to the Marion Bay Jetty and Penguin Point. This two story house right on the beach front with its huge 2nd story balcony through to a gorgeous large bright lounge, dinning and kitchen area. This House has everything you can ask for from absolute beach frontage ,Spectacular sunrises, just meters from the beach .It has 2 entertaining areas one upstairs and one downstairs, three bathrooms and four bedrooms,double shed parking. Perfect for two families or even couples seeking absolute privacy and indulgence.

The boys light up
Unfortunately the weather was very windy so not much was done except a lot of sight seeing which was great as we n did a lot of surfing in the area around 50 years ago. How things have changed for the better i think . Cheers

Cold and windy. Lovely views
Location excellent, actual size of property excellent but not fully equipped for maximum occupancy and cleanliness was a disappointment. No privacy locks worked on bathrooms / toilets. Stayz advertised as a 12 bed but other sites state and is actually 10 bed. Small BBQ supplied but not BBQ shown in all photos on front deck in promotional photos on all three sites.
Over all great week just a few small disappointments.

Great property for a group
This property was all it promised. Lovely location opposite a beach and very quiet. The house was really spacious, nicely furnished and really well equipped.
